Took forever to get someone on the phone and just tor someone that wasn't geek squad to tell me that they can't help me because my switch console didn't come from them. "I can't even ask them if they have an idea about what's going on??" Apperantly not. Find another place guys this best buy ain't worth their salt unless your buying something brand new, and even if you do buy a device don't expect great service from them as far as repairs.

Their sign says 24 hour help but only saw 1 person in the department. When I went up there to have them look at my computer, I told them what was wrong then,, was told that I needed an appointment and to go to another department to get one scheduled. How is that 24 hour service? Nowhere in any of their advertisements does it say that you need an appointment. They need to hire more people. Service is horrible.

Jason at the Grand Junction store was amazing. He helped me figure out that I had multiple one drive accounts and he got everything set up on my new mac book pro as well as my old PC. He was fast and thorough, excellent customer service and knowledgeable!

I could not get a hold of the Geek Squad. I kept getting a corporate answering machine asking me irrelevant questions or someone in a foreign country. I give up if that is what their service is like

We are in our 60's and do not want the hassle of trying to figure out electronics. We finally made an appt thru best buy to have someone come out and tell us what we need for what we want. Josh came out (free of charge) and was such a tremendous help with our electronics. He gave us suggestions, gave us options. We told him what we wanted and he took care of everything. We didn't have to do a thing. He showed us what he had down for ordering, we agreed to it. He set up an appt for installation. So easy! Why we didn't do this a long time ago, I don't know. But I'm so glad we finally used the Geek Squad! We'll have a brand new sound system up in just a short amount of time. Yeaaahh!!it'Here it is 2023 on a hot Aug day. The geek squad came out first thing which was great. I like how we get continued texts and they call to let us know they are on there way. I LOVE the geek squad and for people 'my age', it's a godsend. They took less than 15 minutes to fix our tv and the yearly membership is 100% worth the money.

I went in to see the geek squad, seeking assistance for my grandmother’s computer. Robert Holbrook is the gentleman that helped us and he was very professional. He had excellent patience and understanding for our situation. I felt like he put his best foot forward and helping us resolve our issues.

They need to hire more geek squad employees. The few staff they have work extremely hard but are in a constant state of being behind. The wait time is ridiculous and they are so limited on what they can even do its sad. Also whenever you try to call you get sent to a call center that is absolutely zero help. It is a joke.
