I really like these guys. They are pleasant and friendly, unlike CITY MARKET. You can ask questions, your meds are ready on time, it's just a stress free experience!

The only pharmacy in Grand Junction and surrounding areas that treat me with dignity and respect. They operate within a mental health facility and they have a way of not making me feel different. This includes all of the staff.I've never had a bad experience there in 3 years .I recommend them to everyone! It's a much more personal experience can tend to all of your prescription needs not just mental health medication. They're also very funny! Sean is a one of the million!

Yeah you know a pharmacy is in a great location it's right across the street from Walmart you can have your prescriptions filled and they're open all the time and not all the time but most of the time and then all the people there are great people and they always do your right

This used to be a great pharmacy. My last contact with them was unpleasant to say the least. The medication provider had not sent in a prescription after well over the recommended 72 hours. The site manager Sean Eubanks said he would give my son 3 days to go through the weekend. AND stated that he would call when/if the prescription came in. He NEVER called. Many would have assumed it had not come in since he did not keep his promise. I, however, believe in personal responsiblity so I called and fround out it was sitting there. Further more the 3 days that he was going to give him to last through the weekend was incorrect. He gave him 1/2 the strength of capsules so he was literally taking half a dose each time. My son has literally landed in the hospital when he didnt get the proper dosages of his medicine and Sean laughed about that. When I asked him how he was going to fix the amount of medication my son was shorted he rudely laughed and said 1/2 a dose is better than no dose and he didnt plan to do anything about it. He then proceeded to rant and rave very unprofessionally about how difficult his job was. He was talking to someone who also had a rough day at work but managed to still be pleasant to people. Since he is the site manager and sets the tone for the place I plan on seeking a more respectful and caring pharmacy. This experience has enlightened me to the fact thst Sean and perhaps the whole pharmacy thinks that mental health patients are a joke.

I was released from prison April 5th 2019 I stay at homeward bound homeless shelter.... somehow when I was sent back to prison in August 2018 there medications never picked up from Genoa that I was charged for but never recieved.. when I was prescribed replacement meds from marilac physicians at homeward bound I was sent to Genoa at mindspring to pick them up but because of the existing charge was denied any assistance from mindsprings as well as Genoa making me run around not being able to charge a one dollar co pay and be allowed to pick up all medications..... this is very inconvenient and insufficient mental health.... it's not supposed to be this difficult to get the help I require....or is it because I'm homeless that I face these difficulties you provided...how is even Possible to be charged for medications I never picked up due to being prison?

The staff at Genoa pharmacy are great! They are so patient and kind! Even though they're always very busy they still find time to go above and beyond the call of duty, they make you feel welcomed, not judgemental for the type of medication they're filling for you.
