The family goes in here often to purchase supplements. Usually in the past the guys have been friendly and somewhat helpful. My last experience the employees were stand offish. No one else was in the store and they had sat talking to eachother the whole time. When asking questions they had short remarks. When asking for locations of products three employees stood and sat behind the desk pointing and shouting instead of taking the time to get up and show items or discuss. Blonde hair guy is friendly and helpful, other turds seemed like it was a disservice to have to help. Was surprising after they claimed the most popular gnc in all of Colorado.

The store is great and they always have what I need and theres occasionally this one guy thats pretty nice, but I've dealt with too many rude guys who just seem so uninterested in helping me here or act like I'm inconveniencing them just because I asked a question. I wasn't even rude I just wanted to know something I thought was okay to ask because they also didn't seem busy, like good for you for getting yourself the job at gnc because you probably know a thing or two about supplements, but when a customer asks you about that supplement don't make them feel like they're less than you just because you're some cocky gym dude.

Had a great experience came into just buy an energy drink and Shiloh helped me figure out what type of protein plan I would need for my new type of workouts that I'm doing 10 out of 10. Would come again give this man a raise

Very poor customer service. I've spent a fair amount of money at this location. I bought a few items that were listed as "buy one get one 50% off" - very clearly marked with the red label. I checked out and left. I reviewed my receipt and realized that the 50% discount wasn't applied so I swung back into the store to get the credit (would have been approx $22) - not a huge amount. I was told that the sale was over and that they forgot to remove the red sale tag. They would not honor the advertised sale. I was then told that I can't return any purchased items if it has been less than 24 hours. I live an hour away. It's too bad companies are willing to lose long time customers because they aren't willing to be reasonable. Oh well. Amazon delivers everything I purchased and GNC has lost a customer.

GNC is probably the baddest mo ever in excelling at finishing what you want to do as a lifter, health conscious, recoverer!It has always given me the best thing of all worlds, and my love of GNC is decades old!Whatever state, I have lived in, they always come to my aid.Even my wife Angelina has said that she loves them too, because they meet her needs as well!Her needs are a lot different from mine, but that's why GNC is so beneficial. They know how to cater to each individualGreat company then and now, and probably for a long, long, time

I've used GNC a lot. But I give the 5 stars to a man that works. There. He knows everything about every thing in the store plus became manager. And not only that he knows the herbs, and other things in the accurate, and one hundred percent. Actually some time him and I are amazed at the results.
