They got my car in early then contacted me with what they found. Gave me the price and I approved it. A little bit later they called to tell me it’s ready to be picked up? They even washed it! Bonus!

VW got my Audi in right away! They are nice people to deal with. They answered all my questions and concerns and did a great job on my vehicle. I also liked the updates I got while my vehicle was getting serviced. They also topped it off with a free wash!

I didn’t have an appointment, just came in and asked for a set of new tires. I’m so impressed with the quality and quick service that they provide, with wonderful tires and wiper blades and a clean, pleasant environment to wait for my car.

Initially dropped my vehicle off for a diagnostic check. Was told would take one hour. 27 hours later finally get a text message. Approved services and wow ten days later finally got the water pump installed and brake fluid changed. Received another text claiming my vehicle was READY. Walked in and had to wait another thirty minutes for the vehicle to be done. Got in the vehicle and the service light was still illuminated. They had to come and reset the service warning. Was about to leave when I noticed scratches in the paint on the hood of my vehicle. Another forty five minutes later they tried to buff them out by hand. They also have a sign up about loaner vehicles and when asked if they had any they said no because they were so busy. Not happy with much about this place.
