Was very disappointed by the sudden doubling + of the price without warning. After many years of being your customer I took my business elsewhere.

They struggle to be organized. I had to cancel 5 times and they still continue to send me bills stating my account is open. When I call they can see my account has been closed. They continue to state that the GM has failed to complete their process. I'm 2 months into this situation.

Had a fair experience with Hill & Homes until they sold their storage units to Storage Pro. Storage Pro immediately jacked up the monthly price to almost double what I was previously paying, and have been horrible about communication. Will never do business with Hill & Homes again.
