  The storage manager was very prompt in returning my call (it was after hours) and she got me set up in a unit in no time. Had issues with my debit card and she knew just what to do. I appreciated her professionalism and knowledge. Definitely will recommend!!! Thank you!

  Onsite gate will not close or is defective, I am not happy with this property at all. If they can not secure their own gate then how do they protect the units.
