“The delivery people showed up at the early end of the spectrum they gave for delivery time. It’s wonderful not to wait to the last 10 seconds of your delivery window. They put down blankets outside to wipe their feet. This was wonderful as I have just Replaced all the carpet in the house. In and out no problems”

“I have had good experiences here since moving to GJ 8 years ago. The work has always been well done and they are so helpful in choosing frames and mat colors. This past week I took in a picture that had been "printed" on a rectangle of wood creating a beautiful memory of a place very dear to me. It didn't have a wire or any hooks attached to the back of the wood so I was unsure how to hang it. Given a brief 15 minutes, she returned the picture with a wire screwed carefully into the back and waved off my attempt to pay for it. It only "took a minute" and I could provide a review on Facebook. What a generous and thoughtful service she provided. Use Frame Depot whenever you have framing needs!!!”
“I was looking for Christmas items with a friend who didn't have anything to decorate with AND all items were 50% off! We had a ball, spent 2 hours in the store and got many things to decorate her home! Everyone in the store was so helpful and even though the store was very busy they had several check out stations so no long lines to pay!! Great fun!!”
“I was there for hours, trying every chair, couch and kitchen chair possible. I found the recliner just right for my body type with the help of one of the owners. She let me take my time, suggested I try certain chairs for my body type. That made all the difference. I also purchase 4 dinning room chairs, I get complements on the comfort regularly. After finding the perfect chairs I picked the fabric and wood color. The hardest part is waiting for the furniture to be made and shipped. Well worth the wait!”

Natasha, not only helped me pick out a custom gift by a featured artisan, but added a gift card, pretty gift fluff and even delivered it that very same day to help us Congratulate the new bride & groom!
