The staff at the Grand Junction store is awesome, great customer service especially from Paula and Bill BUT entire staff helpful!
Very clean and organized store, love how they display certain items plus a huge pet section.

I wasn't visiting home goods. Google, I was in guitar center next door! What kind of guy do you think I am!? Do I look like I need anything from home goods? I mean sure. I walk through there to cut through to go to the mall inside but I was just confused by the weird assortment of things that people choose to decorate their homes with. I guess to each his own, but seriously, I was checking out a sweet Les Paul guitar at the guitar store next door!

My daughter n her aunt and I
to were in the grand junction home goods on. April 2 around 12pm
From the minute we walked in we were being profiled.. my daughter had went straight to the bathroom. And a manager fallowed her in keep this in mind . Most people have filed their taxes n have received them so as we continue our journey through this store. We noticed that we were being profiled.
I had gotten my grand kids some Easter stuff n candy in a basket. But y were we being profiled??? Is it because we are a different color than everyone else??? I don't really understand??
Infact they had 5 employees watching us.
If. Everyone is. Watching us. Who is attending the other coustmers???

i will never shop at any home goods again because lindsay (the cashier) & denae (the manager) were so incredibly rude. i found a bin marked “$24.99 & below” that had easily 15-20 dog mats (that go inside their kennel) so i grabbed one and it rang up 34.99, i inquired about the sign and asked them to honor the price as it was their mistake & they said “it’s just the wrong sign. i’m not changing it.”. this was genuinely such a slap in the face about how home goods views their customers & i will be emailing corporate regarding this incident and asking for them to be fired for how they treat customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited in line yesterday for nearly 20 minutes to buy a shower curtain as there were only 2 cashiers… instead of jumping on a register to help I watched 2 managers “call for back up” several times for no one to come and then proceed to leave instead of helping the cashiers. Then we overheard Becky, a manager, tell a customer she came at the wrong time because they have no staff at this time…. Maybe help your coworkers when they’re clearly struggling with a long line instead of blaming the customers for coming in when there’s “no staff.”
