I have now stayed at this rv park twice. I come in from Wisconsin. I absolutely love it here. The staff is always wonderful and will to help. The park is clean and quiet. Bathrooms and laundry facilities are always clean and nice. Coming to this park makes me feel like coming to a friend's home. I would highly recommend them.Noteworthy details: Staff is always wonderful.

TRAVELER BEWARE ! ! !This park uses bait-and-switch practices. First, the pictures posted on Junction West Grand Junction's website are not representative of the park. This park is filled with permanent residents, skirted trailers, and lots of “stuff” clogging up sites and roads. Second, confirmations and guaranteed reservations mean nothing to Junction West. We had a 3-night, paid-in-full confirmed and guaranteed stay in a standard pull-through site for our 35’ rig. Upon arrival we were directed to a small back-in site that did not allow parking for our truck and it would have been impossible to back the rig in due to all of the vehicles parked on the streets. Junction West was unable to honor our reservation without moving us at least once to different sites in our 3-night stay. This was unacceptable and forced us to go elsewhere. Junction West refused to fully refund us for their mistake. They did, however, refund 2 of the 3 nights and sent an altered confirmation back to us – BAIT-AND-SWITCH. The only bright spot in this interaction was the park we found as an alternative, Canyon View was amazing. Canyon View RV Park is 10 times better FOR THE SAME PRICE as Junction WEST.

The site they provided me with had no hook ups on the wrong side of the fifth wheel. Spaces were tight and could find no trees all gravel noisy, and the management would not provide me with a refund when I found it to be unacceptable

Staff is awesome. Checkin couldn’t have been easier getting in after hours. This is one of the cheaper priced rv parks in town which is why I picked here. So far I’ve been here for over a month and haven’t had a single problem with anyone or anything.

Wow! What a nice place. We ran late and the staff had everything ready for us. Easy in easy out. Extremely clean and plenty of room for our big rig. Wish we could have stayed longer.....

We were a bit hesitant as this place is just off the highway and near the truck fuel stops. However, we both highly recommend staying here. The staff were very friendly and the maintenance person filled my LP tanks and brought them right to my site. It was so convenient. We were also concerned about noise, but we were right next to the road and was never bothered. It was really quiet at night. Enjoy

Stayed May 2023. Janet (on-site manager) will bend over backward to accommodate you. You can tell she loves what she does. There are MULTIPLE dog parks on-site, which I LOVED! They're getting a pool, so exciting! The rates here are the best in town. Do not let the location scare you! It's a 10-minute drive to walmart, 15 minutes to downtown, easy access to 70 and 50. There's a lot of trucker activity around, but the noise really didn't bother us. Staff are always around on the golf carts, I helped one rescue a cat out of a tree! They really care, here! Like every other RV park, it's not *perfect* - but they will make sure you're taken care of, which is UNLIKE every other RV Park, and I think that's what sets this apart. They're a family, and they treat their residents like family. The laundry machines are new and updated. There was one issue with a washer, but that was from a resident improperly using it, and they addressed the issue the same day. $2.75 to wash and $0.25/10min to dry. They have separate units for pet owners, which protects those with allergies. ANOTHER FAVORITE PART: If you set out trash/propane can in the morning, staff will pick it up! Having our propane filled on-site by just putting it in front of the RV is a fantastic idea. GREAT PROPANE RATES FOR NON-RESIDENTS TOO! One final WHOLESOME note: Janet organizes events every month and holiday. While we were there, we enjoyed live music & food on Cinco de Mayo, a comedian & food on Memorial Day, AND some kiddos a few RVs down, hosted a lemonade stand giving discounts to veterans! I was almost tempted to stay full-time, but I really want to get back to Colorado Springs. This is a clean park. I only saw someone leave dog waste twice, and it was cleaned up by staff within hours (as soon as it was noticed).Walkability: Walking distance to Love's and Carl's JrFood & drinks: Snacks for sale in the office and vending machines in the laundry AND potluck events every month!

Just filled my propane tanks here. Friendly and helpful staff, both the man filling my tanks and the woman inside the office. Property was well maintained and clean. Also, the best price in Grand Junction area on propane that I've found. I will return here again.

Was looking for an intermediate place to temporarily lodge my 35' Fifth Wheel during our Colorado to Utah move. Landed on Junction West and could not be more satisfied. Janet, the manager of the park, was super friendly and helpful right from the drop. She understood my plight (hauling a 5er over the Rockies in February) and gave me boots on the ground feedback of the Grand Valley. And once I arrived, wow. What a clean, well laid out park. Even the RV storage area was spotless with well marked lanes. And here's the best part that reflects how Janet runs her park. After landing my fifth wheel in my storage slot, I went to pull away and heard an unnatural noise. The 5ers pigtail connector had somehow became lodged between the truck bed and tail gate. Ripped it clean off. 200 miles from home, no tools, ugh. Long story short, Janet's husband is handy with everything camper related and she offered his services to simply take care of it - no charge. This is the kind of people Janet and her team are and it's reflective in everything they do. If you need a place to store an RV or stay for a spell, definitely give Junction West a look.

Super clean and friendly. New management make it welcoming with their inviting nature and activities; which include scary stories by the fire and movies after dark. Three dog parks to use also.

We reserved by phone and got to the campsite after hours. After setting up, we headed to the restroom to take showers and read the paper for the code. That's when we saw we had to share one restroom, guys on odd hours, gals on even hours. AND NO DISCOUNT WAS GIVEN!! We would have stayed elsewhere.
