Whoever handles the phone is extremely unkind and unprofessional. On top of that, we came back to our items shredded, peed, and pooped on by mice. Would reccomend looking elsewhere

Reviews say they r friendly. Yes but no one knows what they r doing!! Ive called and emailed so many times. We had a family emergency. And was out or town so was she! Called no help for being late! So we should have paid it. But all the fees they tacked on when they decide to put it up for auction. I went from 200 to 500. They tacked on April 1st. But I has until March 31st by 11am. I thought 11pm. So I could not pay it online since I had to charge payment. So April 1st my unit was sold by 9am. How. I had the money. But they have it online posted before that day. Uhaul doesn't even do that so I called by 930. No go i lost my whole life that day plus a vet ashes and military stuff. No one will help u. They say that they will submit a ticket. Or ask management to try and get a hold of them. I don't understand i pay for a month my stuff got sold! So call so early to get help. Because really nice but no one will call u back i know they can not tell me who bought it but call them. We did not try and lose my unit . They have a 3 party selling units i feel they single out your stuff. Because not a word ive called and talking to reps. No follow threw. So yeah an auction online and gone. I need my solider box back plus please let me buy my stuff. Just really read what it says. Just bad management

I've rented here for about 2 years. I didn't have any issues. Staff are friendly, attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I would definitely store my items here again.

This is absolutely THE BEST storage/uhaul place you could ever go to! Plus, how convenient is it to be able to rent a trailer to move your stuff to and from your unit?!
We have been with them for years with no issues. The management is amazing, Noma is one of the sweetest souls I have ever met.
We finally moved out of our unit today and the process was seamless. We rented a trailer and brought all of our stuff home, took the trailer back, done. Easiest move ever!
I absolutely recommend Highway 50 Self Storage for all of your storage and uhaul needs!

?? Hello Review Readers??
Back in 2020 I was looking for space at a quality facility to store my belongings. So I jumped on Google for my search and I found a facility close with the very best prices in town! I needed a uniquely small storage shed and they had one perfect to match my needs. The management is amazing and they make the renting and storage process smooth & comfortable. I would recommend Highway 50 Storage to anyone in the area or hundreds of miles of radius even. So I'm rating them 5 stars because there's not a place for 10 Stars. They really are just that good!
So if you're looking for a quality storage facility swing by Highway 50 storage... you'll be glad you did!

Highway 50 Self Storage was AWESOME!! I moved from Michigan and needed to set up everything in advance. Nona and her team were so helpful. I was able drop my U-Haul trailer there also.
