Well laid out store, friendly staff and an overall positive experience. I really appreciate having someplace for people to sit and rest while I try on clothes.

Went shopping here with my wife. Coughed real hard and pooped my pants. Not joking. Had nothing for me to buy and replace my soiled pants. Will not return.

Horrible manager. Asked for the Boyfriend jeans - she said those are a trade marked jean at AE and they don't sell them. We told her that we have bought them there before. She walked away. We kept shopping, found a pair of Boyfriend cropped jeans and I brought them to her. Showed her that they do infact sell Boyrfriend jeans and she rudely said that she knew and didn't think we wanted cropped. I asked her why she didn't even show them to us. She got very frustrated with us and continued to say we only sell the Boyfriend jean online. I asked her why she seemed so frustrated and like she didn't have time to even answer our questions. I asked her for her name and if there was a manger. She then very rudely said she was the manger and walked away. I have never been treated so badly for just asking for jeans.

Watch out!! I paid my Balance Due 26 days in advance to have my card completely paid off. I go to purchase shorts and card cancelled due to a $53 bal. Called customer service and they say I paid late. What the hell it was embarrassing.So I will be cutting my card and never doing business there again.

Customer service could have been better. One customer doing a return.. Not one other employee took over another open register. Just left us standing waiting for 20 plus minute . Would not recommend.

Very nice store but i was very put off with the fact that i could not use my points because they expired however it was 7 days ago but when i signed up i was told i had a 10 day grace period for my points however i was told they would not honor my points of 20.00 and w no explanation

This review comes from a gal who is always changing sizes, & also moved here from the east coast. This is the only store i've found since being out here that works for me! They have good styles with high quality material, wide variety of accurate sizes & prints. Seriously love this place!

Just bought 2 pairs of Maurice's brand jeans about 3 weeks ago and have never been so disappointed as I am now. One pair is already ripping in the material away from the seam and the other pair has a faulty zipper. In the past I've never had any issues with anything I've bought from the store and now two items in the same purchase? Quality is a thing of the past I suppose.
