I miss Lorinda managing the place! My long time ol' friend Kirk and I went in for dinner last week. 3 tables not bussed during the entire time we were there. Food trash all under multiple tables. No napkins in table dispensers. Manson and Beastie Boys, and riskay music bumping and turned up over the speakers... Like Really??? But hey I got nacho cheese on my nachos this time so I guess I can't complain. I MISS restaurants being for the customers and being managed properly!

My daughter brought me here and this was the best experience.I've had in eating place in a very long time. I had the BLT+A, OH DANG WHAT A GREAT SANDWICH. The only bad thing is that they did not have any margin. I am lactose intolerant and would like to have had some margin or another thing to put on my potato. Luckily, my sandwich was loaded with bacon, and I broke one of the pieces up into my potato.Would highly recommend Mcalister's for lunch.

I always do an order all online and then I pick it up. For some reason the system was showing that my credit card wasn’t accepted. I tried this. Form of payment four times before I check my credit cards and see that I was being charged each time.. I was incomplete panic as who wants to deal with credit card companies.. my husband went down there to explain what was going on. He immediately asked for the manager and the owner came out. This man’s name is Scott not only did he take the time to figure out what was going on with me and my husband he literally gave my husband at least $70 worth of food for free for the hassle…. this gentleman made sure that our food was made exquisitely he handed it to my husband with a smile… I know that the amount of food that he gave us was a lot because what I originally ordered was only $44. My Husband came back with two extra large drinks dessert and soup along with what we already previously ordered again the owner Scott did this for us because I was so stressed out about what was going to happen with the charges, of course the following day the pending charges dropped and disappeared. This review is very important because today everybody is full of greed and selfish today. Restaurants want to make food and charge an obscene amount of money. I know times are hard and Scott the owner gave this food to me and my family , without even thinking of it, Grand Junction has changed and it’s so sad. What’s happened to this town but it’s so nice to see that somebody in this town is still the same. We will always be great supporters of McAllister‘s.

Food is delicious, few mistakes made but staff fixed any problem I had to make my meal excellent. Rhi is amazing, she will take care of you with a bright smile. Tortilla soup is very tasty.

I used to love ordering from here but recently the service and quality of food has been terrible. I picked up my order just the other day and the salad was a completely different salad from what I had ordered, even though the label on the container read correctly. The second salad I ordered had two large pieces of plastic in it. When I tried to contact them I was brushed off. Very disappointed in what this McAlister location has turned into.

My very first experience ordering from this restaurant. Customer service was so awful I felt the need to leave this review. There was a ton of miscommunication with my online order and where it was placed. The two girls at the register were extremely rude and didn’t say anything when they found my food they practically just tossed it on the counter. But at least the food was good. Upset with how the situation was handled.

Food was great, but we had to sit at a dirty table that never did get cleaned off. And when the cashier rang us up, the till was a cluttered mess with all the bills mixed up in total disarray.

Order a French Dip sand which and didn’t get hardly any. Barely enough to dip the sandwich 1-2 times. Top it off my wife asked for extra and didn’t get it.

My wife bought me the loaded, baked potato, the barbecue pork spud and there was literally about a tablespoon of pork never again for that amount of money never again stop being so cheap!!
