“About two years ago I had to get a phone in rifle and it wasn’t really the one I wanted. Today I had the funds and the means to get a phone I want without any problems. I went to the store and paid off my other phone, and Bradley helped me to work out the details and get me a deal I was happy with. I had absolutely zero problems with the customer service in the store. However, Verizon decided to mark my account fraudulent and asked for my ID, and proof of address. I provided them my ID and a picture of my face, and then sent in a photo of my vehicle registration as it was the only form of address I had on me. Verizon customer service then calls back to tell me that I gave them an expired (i bought my vehicle in february) and non acceptable form for address, and that they couldn’t accept it. I told her that it was among the several options they listed in their email for acceptable forms for proof of address and she told me that it was not something they could accept. Shoutout to Bradley for taking care of me and another customer + dealing with customer service all at the same time and maintaining professionalism and being straightforward and easy to talk to. :)”
“I went in because I forgot the lock screen password on my phone and he told me it was an easy fix. I went to the provider store first and they told me that there was no way to fix it except to remember the password. Phone Medic fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be recommending and using them when I need phone help!! Thank you so much!”
