“my daughter brought her iPad in for a battery replacement. Since we were helping her pay for it, she let me know it was $110 up front and another $50-$60 if it was a battery. When they called and said it was ready, the bill was more than she had told me. Very upset, I contacted the store. The manager, Allen, called me back and through conversation, found out there had been miscommunication on both sides. He took care of the battery charge, was very kind and apologetic. Not only will I recommend them to everyone, they now have a faithful customer. I'll drive the hour there to have our electronics serviced.”
