“My partner and I visited to check out the store, prices,and phones available.There was one employee which was fine as it was not too busy at the moment .Only two customers were inside at the moment.The employee which was very helpful in every aspect was friendly, knowledgeable,able to answer all our questions.He gave suggestions on the best deals and which was in his opinion a better phone for the deal.We did not close a deal but only because I am waiting on a certain phone.I love the way you are able to walk into the store and get assistance immediately opposed to my mobile service.Which I can not stand so am definitely changing once the phone I want is in.Thank you for being so kind.And it is very conveniently located.10 out of 10 Exceptional customer service as well as professional.”

“Just purchased a new phone from the Metro located on North Ave, Grand Junction, CO and received the deal on the tablet too. Fet has been amazing. I had trouble with my email account and brought my phone and tablet back to him and he got everything running as it should...I am an older gal and remember the first car phones even before cell phones came out! Best customer service as it used to be way back then! I have had T mobile, AT&T, and Verizon over the years. I live in a very rural area and switched to Metro a number of years ago and haven't been sorry at all.”

“About two years ago I had to get a phone in rifle and it wasn’t really the one I wanted. Today I had the funds and the means to get a phone I want without any problems. I went to the store and paid off my other phone, and Bradley helped me to work out the details and get me a deal I was happy with. I had absolutely zero problems with the customer service in the store. However, Verizon decided to mark my account fraudulent and asked for my ID, and proof of address. I provided them my ID and a picture of my face, and then sent in a photo of my vehicle registration as it was the only form of address I had on me. Verizon customer service then calls back to tell me that I gave them an expired (i bought my vehicle in february) and non acceptable form for address, and that they couldn’t accept it. I told her that it was among the several options they listed in their email for acceptable forms for proof of address and she told me that it was not something they could accept. Shoutout to Bradley for taking care of me and another customer + dealing with customer service all at the same time and maintaining professionalism and being straightforward and easy to talk to. :)”

“Took my whole family of 5 (including me) into the store. I was moving 4 of them to my plan from Verizon. My wife got a new Samsung, my teenage sons got the new iPhone 17s, my 5 year old daughter got a new kids watch, they even threw in a new tablet for me (same price whether I got the tablet or not). Everything went so smoothly, we’re saving $150 a month, and we added 2 extra lines that we didn’t have before. And I want to thank the staff member named Ryan. He was so knowledgeable, polite, patient, and an all around excellent employee. His customer service is top notch. Thank you Ryan so much for helping my family today, you are awesome. If the management is reading this, than I think Ryan deserves a raise. Thank you again ?”
