I had an emergency situation this week with my car while traveling for work. The glass sunroof spontaneously exploded as I was leaving Rifle, CO heading for Grand Junction, CO. I babied my car to Grand Junction by driving very slowly in the right lane with flashers on. I can hear the glass shifting around above me in the headliner so driving slowly kept the wind from doing more damage. My daughter found Moore’s Auto Body in GJ. Dean immediately got my car in the shop and did an emergency repair so my car was drivable. I was able to safely get my car back to Denver thanks to Dean and his sister, Shelly.

I have a pretty tall van and very few, if any, locations in Junction can do the work. SO, they had a captured audience. They were super easy to work with and they were very flexible. With my van, to do the work as spec'd, they would have needed to pull almost all of the interior paneling out of the back of the van, but we agreed it might work to put it on the rack and pull out the one side without tearing the steel. The rack was too small so they used a forklift–creative thinking. The paint looks great and all of the gaps look factory. They handled the insurance like pros. 100% satisfied with their work.

These guys are top notch... did an AMAZING job after a deer ran into my car, restoring it to BETTER than it was!!!
Had to wait for them to fit me in 'cause they're so in demand, but I'd wait for them again, need be... they're 100% worth it.
Allen and Dean were great to work with, and the whole outfit is super pro.

Amazing. The owner Dean is incredible to work with and easy going. I was referred by another well respected business in Utah believe it or not. And am Moore! Than happy. Dean worked overtime on my truck. And had it ready on a weekend! His guys stayed late to help him get work done and even had some stay back to give my truck a quick wash. Dean and the team at Moore’s are the real deal and really hold a high standard. These are the guys you want!

We had a good experience here after a poor experience elsewhere. A little old school in the office with paper files, etc. But old school customer service was present as well, so no complaints at all.
