Cute little mom and pop shop, I love little businesses like this. They were friendly and got my watch resized in just a couple minutes, super busy when I got there too, and everyone left in just a few minutes. Will definitely be returning if I need any watch needs.

I took my Bulova in because I broke the crystal. A shard of crystal had then in turn broken my date wheel mechanism in some way. (you would have to ask him lol) Not only did he have the parts to fix both issues, but I got it back looking like it is brand new. It is not an extremely expensive watch, but they treated it like it was, the entire watch is clean and shining! I highly recommend their services!

Exceptional service at a remarkable price. The master watchmaker, whose qualifications adorn the walls—many dating back to the 1970s—demonstrates unparalleled expertise. He carried out significant repairs on a vintage gold timepiece and performed a complete overhaul on my cherished circa 1970 Omega. Impressively, he fine-tuned the Omega to exceed factory specifications, improving its accuracy to lose only one minute per week. I can think of no finer watchmaker, whether here or in the UK, and offer my highest recommendation.

I just got my watch links taken out and it only took a minute or two and they are so very nice and honest people and doesn’t charge much at all!!! I love this place and will be shopping here from now for future watches and would go here for maintenance or anything needs fix. I highly recommend them for all your watch’s needs. They’re a little mom and pops business. Thank you so very much!!!

If you have a watch you are fond of, don’t bring it anyplace else! I called on the day after a holiday. They were closed but still at the shop. I told the owner I was from out of town and she said “well in that case come on over. We will help you out.” I had two watches, one pretty valuable. Dennis not only changed the batteries but cleaned the faces which had debris in them.
