No communication! I have tried calling several times and no one answers or returns calls. I have waited for almost a month and I still don’t know what is going on with my watch. So far not impressed, plus this shop is rarely open so I never know when to stop by.

This is a cool little place. Now right off yes not a lot of people are into watches but there are more than you think. I took an old watch from my grandpa to have them fix it. He not used it in over 20 years and they will fix it up like new. I always say shop local and this place is local. Need full service then they will help.
