High quality parts and professional service. My monro irrigation pump went bad, they had a new one in stock so I was able to get back running the same day! They also repaired my old one for a reasonable price so now I have a good spare. They even had the 24v ice cube relays for the pump Panel. Great store!

Week of 5/12/2025: took 9 year old refurbished Munro pump in for poor performance. I had already removed rust from impellor housing parts. Suggested Capacitors might be bad and requested that pump be checked out completely due age and fact it was reconditioned when I bought it. Account manager Iileha Martin advised they were about 7 days out for repairs.
05/20/2025: Picked up pump. Iilleha said she checked out electrical and it was registering 116 Volts on each leg, she cleaned out rust, replaced all seals (2) and gaskets (there are none). Said she tested it for an hour and it pumped fine. Bill was $134.15. 05/23/2025: Man in parts department checked out the 2 capacitors, said both were weak and I purchased new items. Bill was $38.51. Pump still not pumping strong, Removed massive rust from armature and field. Unit tested strong. Put in service and it's not pumping well.
06/12/2025: Will have capacitors tested again and will provide an updated review.

These people are small town heroes. I have been through so many irrigation pumps for my .25 acre yard and despite ALL the issues I have dealt either getting it installed or buying the wrong pump, this team has made this really bad experience into a not so bad experience! I cannot say THANK YOU enough!

Took in my original pump which had lasted 10 years; they said it couldn't be fixed and sold me a re-furbished replacement.
Took it home and hooked it up. It lasted 2 months and started leaking. Took it back for work under warranty. Guess what!? Because I didn't catch the fact that their seal failed, immediately, they wouldn't cover it.
I have an automatic sprinkler system and don't walk out to see what the pump is doing and it may have been leaking for a few days, and because of that I'm paying an additional $500 for a pump that worked for 2 months.
It's fine you screwed me Munro... you're not the only business in town and it's the last time you got mine for your greed and failure to service a customer.
There's alot of us out here and I'll never recommend buying anything from Munro.

I have been using munro pumps for years. They used to be great pumps. Terrible experiences this year. Smartbox is still great. Pump/motor are problematic. Last 3 out 4 have not worked.

I went to Munro Supply in Grand Junction, CO yesterday and I wanted to get a pump fixed, they could fix it, but I needed it right away and it would be a while before they could get to it because they are so busy. So, I decided to buy a new one. The Staff there were incredibly helpful and professional. I got the new one installed and it works great. Thank You to the staff at Munro.

I could not be more impressed with Munro Supply, Inc. We have been customers of theirs for years. There have been lean times when they have worked with us on payments. There have been oddball projects and unreasonable deadlines and they have had the patience to help us do the job every time. Today I was reminded of just how much integrity they have over there, from the man who delivers our parts, all the way up to the president. Her leadership is no doubt a huge reason for their ongoing success and a reason why we are proud to work with them and will for years and years to come.
