Jury is still out. They got the computer running again by reloading windows 10. However I lost all of the software. They did save all of our files and loaded a free "open office" but it does not work with files created previously with Word and Excel.Also bought a year of virus protection from them but I don't know anything about it, hope it does what it needs to. Spent $350 to get the computer going again and another $140 for the virus protection. And I still need to figure out how to work with our old files. Guess I need to purchase additional Microsoft package with Word and Excell on my own and try to get it loaded. I doubt my abilities to do that. Needless to say I am definitely not comfortable where I am on this journey. I don't know if another company would be less expensive and more helpful or not? Maybe things will work out but I am terrified of trying to anything on my computer.

Only place I will take my gaming rig. They know thier stuff and take your service seriously.Had some case fans installed cause I was too lazy and they run great. Usually will work with your budget.If you want good service and care alot about your computers take it to these guys.

They are very unprofessional ( Jeremy), they were very rude!!. From my experience i would never recommend these people for any computer repair. They start work without any permission and charge a lot higher prices than the competition. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called on a Thursday. The gentlemen I spoke to was helpful. I called back the following Monday to schedule a drop off, saw online they opened at 10 am. I called at 9:57, no answer, called at 9:59, no answer, called at 10, no answer, called at 10:05 no answer. I was trying to get through right as they opened. Was unsure if they had just not made it into the office yet so called again at 10:15 and got through. The guy told me he was extremely annoyed that I had called multiple times while he was on the phone with another customer. I apologized and told him I just wasn't sure if they had made it into the office yet and was trying to get through first thing and apologized again. He told me he was too annoyed to want to work with me and hung up. Though I did call multiple times just trying to get through... I apologized... won't recommend this company to anyone...

Worst timing for my graphics card to die but Erikk and company made it effortless and saved me money by having the part sent to me avoiding sales taxes and installing the part on the spot with no extra charge!

Eric is extremely knowledgeable and generous with his time in sharing that knowledge. He is patience with my computer illiteracy and walks me thru figuring out things, or finds a link that will walk me through. i am deeply appreciative of his time.

Erik couldn't help me when my newer MacBook Pro was acting up, but he connected me with the guys who could. Solid guy and will definitely head there if my gaming rig ever has issues that I can't figure out.

What a terrible experience. I was treated poorly. I was overcharged. These guys just try to take advantage of you 'cause they know you don't know computers as well as they do. Do not go here.
