They told me it was 5$ to get it printed, it was for 30 pages or a contract charged me 19$ for it and didn’t tell me until after they had ran my card. Went to another place they charged me about 3$

Precision Printing is a great company in my opinion. I came at them with a door hanger project that I needed like....yesterday. This was right before Thanksgiving and they were super busy. Randy and his team came through for me and delivered a beautiful product that immediately delivered the results I was looking for....and got it to me in record time. I will definitely use them again when I need something printed up because I know it will be fast and the price will be more than fair.

I came to Precision Printing with a precious product. I had scanned my Aunts letters to my family and was presenting the book to her for her 100th birthday additionally I need copies for the family. Randy and Justin made my dream book come true. I was impressed from the start when Randy’s written bid, which was slightly higher than a verbal bid from a competitor, stressed using a higher-grade paper since the letters would be printed on both sides. The fact that he took the time to send a written bid and knew to use better paper, let me know this was the company for me.Over the next few weeks, Randy and Justin the printer, and I worked to make sure the end product met my expectations. The book came out perfect and our family is thrilled to be able to read these precious writings once again. I am thrilled as a newcomer to Grand Junction to have my printing company.

Happy to support local businesses, I used Precision Printing several years ago for a few small work items. The service was excellent. Now, at a different job, they were my first choice for yet another work project. I visited in person and laid out my requests. From there, we did some back and forth via email. And because this was over the holidays and I was also super busy, I didn't mind that many weeks went by before we settled on a final product. However, after giving the go ahead I didn't hear back for a couple of weeks. Over the following week, I sent two follow-up emails and got NO response. After calling, sometime later, I had a voice mail from the store. When I called back, I was informed that the person I was working with made a huge miscalculation in what I was asking for and that the quotes given were highly inaccurate. Rather than walk away - which I should've done - I asked if they could reconfigure so I could decide. I was assured that someone would be looking into it and preparing new parameters and quotes. I was aware that the price might go up, but the guy I spoke with told me they would do their best to put something reasonable together. Therefore, I told them it wasn't a rush. However, after another two weeks, I sent a new follow-up up email. It was REJECTED. Mind you, this was on the same email chain I was already using and all I did was remove the original guy's email and kept the main store one. Confused by the rejection, I then went to the website and sent a message via their own portal system. I got a standard automated reply stating someone would get back to me ASAP. The next day, I called the store to make sure it had been received/seen and requested follow-up via email rather than phone tag. I was again assured that someone would get back to me ASAP.I waited for several days (7 including Sat/Sun) and have finally given up. In fact. At the time of this review, I have yet to hear from the store and now my whole timeline is destroyed with nothing to show for it. I now have to start all over and search for someone else to do the job. And though I said it was no rush, I certainly didn't think that gave them weeks since the initial part of the project was now passed due. Plus, you'd think they'd prioritize it since the miscalculation was theirs to begin with!!It's unfortunate that I gave them return service and walked away in utter frustration. While I realize they're used to big orders and accounts from larger entities, the individual customer - especially a returning one - should matter too! Needless to say, they've lost my business for good.

Great staff! I highly recommend them for any of your printing needs. They are upfront with timeframes, availability and provide guidance for anyone designing layouts themselves. As a business, we appreciate their honestly and integrity. They have printed our business cards, calendars, envelopes and other marketing materials.

There's a reason why Precision has outlived so many printing companies: they do great work, while providing excellent customer service. They have even managed to meet the expectations of my aunt--which is quite an accomplishment!
