I have had blood work drawn three times here. I saved money versus getting it done at a hospital. Wait time and getting the blood drawn was no problem. I will continue to come here when I need blood work done.

Called Family Health West and blood testing was $370.00. Called Quest Diagnostics and the price for the exact same tests were $49.00. I will never go anywhere else for blood work.

Nikki was great, blood draw was quick and almost painless! Walked in and was served within 20 minutes, thanks!!!
Update: I've been back several times since, I think by now I've met everyone who works there. There's nothing negative I can say. All my experiences have been real easy, and positive.

Marnie at your home office and Charity here at my location provided above and beyond service. I can’t say enough good things about them or about a company that authentically demonstrates customer care by providing exceptional staff who are ALLOWED to take the time to help! Thank you!

Had a 8:20 a.m. appointment this morning. Checked in and waited an hour before I left. No respect for my time.

Phlebotomist was very personable and I was in and out very quickly. My results were available the next day. Amazing. :)

The plebotomist was very good at what she does. Painless poke and very little bruising.

Brandy, who works at the Quest in Safeway on Patterson Road in Grand Junction is really excellent. My appointment time was honored. She was very professional and efficient and was very competent in doing her job and assisted me with questions that I had regarding testing that was ordered. I am so happy that we have this Quest facility and Brandy, the phlebotomist in Grand Junction!

Again I was at Quest 3rd time. Made my appointment as needed. Why do you have appointment times if your Staff can not even show up on time. I arrange my appointments Waited 20 min more for staff to get ready to draw. Poke one she began to dig for the vein, I told her to stop and just repoke. She told me she was adjusting the needle. I asked her not to argue with me just to repoke. Poke 2 was easy and quick. I have called Quest Corporate to make several complaints about this location. First Visit -Not helpful at all. I sat and waited for an hour for an appointment in which when I did get in the seat, my lab orders were not there. No assistance from them to call my provider office (which is actually Quest policy that they call the providers to obtain the orders if they are not there) Providers office says they have sent them. The second time I went in, they would not even look to see if I had orders unless I set an appointment to wait, which would have been an hour. Why would I set an appointment to wait an hour to even see if my orders were there. Everything is automated, no way of speaking with a human. Very poor service.

Worst place to make an appointment. Made one online and got there early and wasn’t on the schedule. Tried to get in as a walk in and got a ten minute wait and ended up waiting over an hour and rescheduled online. Wasted my whole morning.

Do not let the older bad reviews keep you from using this lab! Visiting from out of the area and needed a blood draw. This is the only Quest lab in Grand Junction. Easily made the appointment online. Was seen within 5 minutes. Wonderful technician! Barely felt the poke. Excellent service! Thank you!

Had blood draw yesterday at this location and need to share my experience - everyone has bad days, but I have never had this happen as shown in the pic of my forearm a little over 24 hours after my visit yesterday. Miss B was as nice as she could be, and may have just hit me wrong with the needle, but I have attached a pic of my forearm taken today, and a pic of proof I was there yesterday morning at 930AM.
Now - I tried calling Quest today and after about 45 minutes the first person said they would file a report and would put me on hold and come back with a confirmation number, but I was kicked back to the initial call queue...then the 2nd person said they can't do anything but please get my arm checked out and hope I am okay.
Then a couple hours later I get a notice from my credit card that Quest had refunded my test costs to my credit card. So I guess all is well.
