Courtyard filled with dog poop EVERYWHERE! Rooms unclean, trim rotted, door jams scratched and mildew (unhealthy!!), black pet hair ALL over the bedding (unsafe to sleep on!), urine stains in corners...etc I could go on and on. I demanded our money returned because we couldn't sleep in those nasty unsafe rooms...they won't return any of our money. If you choose this hotel make sure you ask to see it first. Or inform the Health Department.
I just received a response from this place saying I was thinking about some place else ? here's my proof! I have pictures of the room and yard I can post if you'd like.

Hotel un peu daté. Moquettes sales, salle de bain avec minuteur pour l'éclairage,...et piscine froide et pas nette avec tuyau d'arrosage dedans pour la remplir.

The whole hotel needs to be remodeled. Carpets are old and smelly in halls. Food for free breakfast needs to be better. Ice machine broken. Bathroom needs updated and remodeled.

JUST A NICE QUIET PLACE! GREAT STAFF JULIE ROCKS! POOL WAS DOWN DUE TO A STORM. SUPER NICE GRASSY AREA/TREES WITH LITTLE PATIOS SWEET PRICES TOO! WE LIKED THE BREAKFAST TOO. NEED MORE ICE ON BOTTOM FLOOR, BUT REAL NICE TIME THERE.

We stayed here May 31-June 2nd, 2024. Our stay was fine until the morning of checkout when my son discovered bed bugs on his pillow!!! The response to our report was terribly handled and it took several calls over the course of several days before they would even comp our room. We spent countless hours and money to make sure we did not bring them home in our luggage and they could care less. In fact, during one of the calls to the hotel, I found out they rented our room out the same day we left! They said they went up after we left and found no evidence of bed bugs! They had no response when I asked about the blood stains and dead bed bugs in the Kleenex’s we killed them on (laying on the pillow). I am absolutely astonished they rented that room out!!!! Complete negligence.

We were not impressed with this hotel. When we checked in - things were fine. When we got to our room, we were concerned about break ins just because how the patio door looked. But much to our surprise, at 10:30 someone did try to break in! We were screaming at whoever it was, come to find out the front desk was trying to come in. We were furious- why would they try to come in. We called the front desk, who did apologize but never explained why she would unlock our door. Would NEVER stay again and we feel we should be refunded our stay. I have a heart condition and could have had a heart attack!! Unacceptable

Wonderful staff. It's clear they take pride in what they do. Rooms could use some work. Ground floor with sliding glass doors were hard to secure and open.

Questioned this place and my decision all day after checking in. Place is dingy but smelt clean. Kept everything up and off the ground or near the bed because I had a gut feeling. Sure enough at 3am I woke up to a bed bug on my baby and wife! We checked and everything before hand. Trust your gut guys!!
