We were very thankful to have Chris Myers as our realtor when we sold our home of many years. He helped in so many areas. He knew of people to help us in many areas ( we are in our 80s) with lawn care, painters, moving care, tree removel and many times just came and helped us himself. He is very caring and thoughtful. A coworker recommended Joe Silzell as a realtor and he was top notch. Joe provided a folder filled with information and explaining the process during our first meeting, was on his game every single day, quick to respond, knowledgeable, patient, and able to provide great insight and context about things I knew nothing about. He found me a fantastic home and kept me from renting from my 3rd slumlord in 8 months.
