“I rented from them for four years. They’re very responsive, professional, and respectful. You can pay your rent with cash with them also! Any maintenance issues I had they would come and fix with 48 hours of the request. The yard was a mess with weeds and trash (living next to a main road) and I was told I had to maintain the yard(which I did)
When I moved out I left the house spotless and yard better than when I moved in and I got my full deposit back minus their mandatory cleaning fee.
I would highly recommend them and would in fact rent through them again.

The only thing I didn’t like about them is every year I was renting under them my rent went up like 25-50$”
