My 2021 Jeep JL is used heavily off-road to make trail guides. My previous 2012 Jeep JK was used for ten years without the stock rails causing damage to the body. That wasn’t the case for the new JL which suffered body damage within its first year of being used. Real Integrity made my JL look brand new. They are excellent people and I will definitely use them again if needed… however, I’ll be beefing up this Jeep’s protection.

The first day we had our new car a poorly placed ladder in the garage fell over on our new baby, producing two small dents. We got three estimates and are good we did! Some of the shops in town worked hard to pad the bill. Real Integrity Painting gave us the most reasonable estimate. They followed that up by doing a great job in a reasonable time frame. While we hope we won't need their services again, if we do we'll be back!

100% will be recommending and bring any of my cars to them! I had horrible chipping on my hood and they got me in fast with only a 3 day turn around time! They had very affordable out of pocket pricing for the superior quality they provide. Everyone was so nice and helpful and you get to be greeted by the sweetest bulldog named tater! 10/10 for me!Service: Painting

On the plus side, the paint application itself on my Lexus bumper was good and the cost was in line with what they did. However, I had a number of estimates made around town and all places, including RIP told me they had to remove the bumper cover to do a thorough paint job including filling in the miscellaneous rock chips. Rick, owner of RIP, insisted this would be done while I specifically questioned him about that several times. Not so. Not only wasn't the cover just masked over and left on the car (which leaves edges where the masking tape is placed), but the rock chips were not all filled in before painting. Then the bottom of the bumper was never either sanded or painted. I was lied to. Don't like that.

I had my mustang painted three years ago , looked great but this last summer I had a hard time keeping it shiny no matter how many times I waxed it. I took it to them, they polished my mustang at no cost to me. They wanted me to be happy. My car looks great again! Thank you real integrity paint!!!!Service: Painting

We were rear ended on a road trip and after the adjuster told us we could go anywhere in Grand Junction-we had a friend recommended RIP. They were great to work with had our minivan back in a week and it looks fantastic. When we mentioned that we had another trip and they worked to get our car back before we needed to leave. They were less than adjuster/insurance company paid. I would highly recommend this family run business!Service: Painting

I've worked with RIP for over 10 years. I deal with a lot of classic cars and the paint is very hard to match, I have always been very happy with all the work they have done. they always keep me very informed through the entire process and have always met the deadlines that they set to have the work done. I'll always go back to RIP for all my paint and body needs. Thank you RIP for all your hard work.Services: Body & Trim

The repairs to my door aren't even on my own dime they are on the dealership I bought my car from and I'm STILL writing this review because "Real Integrity" is a f****** JOKE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Just bought this car and the door BEFORE PURCHASE was jacked up. Over the 6 days we had it the door got worse from use and became non functioning. The dealership agreed to have the door fixed for us. They told us to take it to "Real Integrity". When my husband and I brought it in to them Real Integrity told us it would need a hinge and some paint. Couple a days to fix. The dealership then texts us a video that Real Integrity made. In the video the a****** states "I doubt you sold it like this, it looks like they backed into something." HOW DARE YOU MAKE THAT ASSUMPTION!! We're you there when I bought the car?! NO! Where you there when the damage happened?! NO!! We bought the car with the door damaged and it got worse over the next few days. To be able to drive it we had to lift and slam it to shut! What integrity was shown stating that? You know what this looks like?! This looks like you knew the dealership was paying for it so you got more money out of them for more work!!! You told us it needed a hinge and you end up getting a whole door and a paint job out of it! Sketchy a** bitches!! So thankful that my dealership trusted our integrity that y'all are severely lacking!!
