Highly recommend Theresa Yoder! She is amazing! She makes the process as smooth as possible. She is always available to answer questions! She was able to get us into our first home and we can’t thank her enough for her time that she took to make sure we had the perfect home! She even did a follow up after we closed to see how we were enjoying our first home!

I'm new to Grand Junction and was looking for a home to rent while looking for my wife's "forever home'. Let me tell you the pick'ns were slim! Some management companies wanted $70+ per adult, non-refundable application fee for everyone living in the home before they would even talk to you...CRAZY! I understand the purpose of application fees and was pleasantly surprised that Red Compass fees were 1/2 that! And they were happy to discuss the property we were interestedly in prior to submitting an application. Between Karla and Theresa they were extremely helpful and accommodating. But it didn't stop there. We moved from Arizona with many logistic issues to deal with. At every turn they went out of their way to accommodate us. Then upon moving in there were, of course, issues with the home that the previous renters failed to disclose. When contacting Karla, she jumped on the problems immediately...some even the same day within hours. Management companies have to walk a thin line between the tenant's expectations and the owners desire to make repairs. Red Compass excels in this area. I highly recommend Red Compass to anyone looking for a rental home. They are great to work with!

I find Karla to be an effective communicator, she asks what she can do for you, and how the company works, as well as listening to the customer's concerns. She also follows up when a request is placed for service, maintenance or repair is needed.

These guys are my answer to helping me manage my rental property in Grand Junction (Orchard Mesa). I actually live in Castle Rock but want to hold on to my rental. If I was forced to go it alone or use my previous property mgt company, I would just sell the place.These people are very friendly, very professional and extremely helpful to me!
