***** the salesman was great! Highly recommend seeing him if you are interested in a Hyundai. His customer service is why I am giving any stars at all. *** in finance was polite during the signing, then texted me three days later and threatened to not honor the ** state rebate that was a part of my deal unless he got a photo of the signed title to the vehicle I traded in. All paperwork I signed when making my purchase had the agreement that I would have the title to the dealership the following Saturday. He claimed I apologize for the confusion, also its not that I do not want to honor the rebate Its just a december incentive with Hyundai motor finance. (copied and pasted from actual text). Come to find out he just wanted to close his books for the month of December (vehicle was purchased 12/30/23) and he had no right or legal ground to threaten revoking the rebate. His purposeful actions caused much undue stress for me, all for his personal agenda. Would definitely recommend getting financing through your bank or with another institution and NOT through Red Rock Hyundai and definitely not through ***. Unless you enjoy harassment and your deal being threatened if *** wants to get his books squared away.

The sales lady, ******* worked at a different dealership, so when I found out she had changed dealerships I decided to go see what deal she could make happen. I was so pleased with the service and the transparency at Red Rock Hyundai ******* did not disappoint she was knowledgeable, professional and kind. ***** made sure I understood all the paperwork, he was so polite and patient. **** the ****** the man behind the tower) worked hard to get me the best deal possible. They all do this with genuine kindness and without pressure. I highly recommend Red Rock Hyundai

I went to three different dealerships and was denied but when I went to Red Rock Hyundai I was help by one of the seals men named ***** and he was able to get me approved and get me into a vehicle

I stopped in to look at a used car. Sarah greeted me with a smile and checked on the availability. The car was sold to my disappointment. However, Sarah politely and professionally took her time to explore other options. This was the best experience I have had at a local dealership! If you are shopping for a car I can not say enough about Sarah!

I gave a 5 star review, It was obviously premature. We've had some pretty ridiculous things come up with this company. Like them selling us a car with locking bolts on the wheels, not telling us, then when we get a flat and need to change the tire, but can't, because they don't even have the bolt lock to give us for our car! We will NOT buy another car from this company!

Making an appointment online was easy, and the service department was ready for me when I arrived. They listened to my concerns and explained their findings, and got me out in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with their service. My only complaint is that, for those of us who have to wait for several hours, the waiting area leaves much to be desired. I had brought work with me that I was hoping to complete, but had to choose between sitting next to a loud TV with an irritating news talk show, or a speaker with even louder music that wasn't my musical preference. Waiting is part of the overall experience, and four hours of annoying noise was not enjoyable. A quieter area for those who want (need) to work or read while waiting, or simply don't prefer the music or TV options, would be appreciated.

I came in looking to buy a new vehicle, and the man I was working with, Arb, was amazing and provided excellent customer service. My vehicle was estimated at a $27,000 trade in, and I of course wasn't expecting to get that, but at least in the ball park. The "business manager" came out with a proposal and said they cap trade ins at $15,000. He then proceeded to say it was mandatory to purchase these warranties on the car I was looking at. Note that the vehicle I was looking at was $24,000 MSRP, so I shouldn't have had to worry about a lot of fees, if any at all. At the end of it all, he said I'd have to pay $16,000 to walk out!! This place is a total scam, and they hide it behind friendly faces. Also, I test drove the car and the odometer read 5,500 miles. When they tried to sell it to me, they marked it at 4800. Scam after scam, this place is a joke.

Should've listened to everything on the news. Only ended up going here because my car was stolen and they had to put a new ignition in. I got an oil change a week ago and today the plug came out while driving in a remote area on highway 50. Oil drained everywhere and I needed a tow.

The manager Issac Sanchez helped me get my Santa Fe. He was honest and friendly the whole buying process and helped me to answer all questions and concerns I had. Hands down one of the best buying experiences I’ve had and will definitely look to buy here again in the future.

All went smoothly. Oil change and a complimentary car wash. I just wanted to give a Big Thumbs up to Jeremiah for the Beautiful job he did washing my car!!The only complaint I have is - no popcorn! Fall weather and popcorn go together! Seems their popcorn machine is broken!

Joe was amazing and diligent in getting my financing set up and the service department was nothing but impeccable when I needed a new part for my electronic door lock.
