Chance Braveheart, the manager, took really great care of me. She gave great customer service in changing out my watch band on my favorite watch. And I also asked questions about the selection in your store on purple stones. She had great knowledge about the quality of products that you have and will be back to purchase these products. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Michelle was a life saver & made ring shopping a dream. I had no idea what I wanted & she was more than willing to try on any & every ring until we found the perfect one. We were also quoted a 2 week turn around for a special order item that ended up arriving the very next day. I’m so glad we ended up at Riddle’s to buy rings & would recommend them to anyone looking for any jewelry!

Best jewelry store in town!!!!! Amazing customer service, fantastic prices and just all around great atmosphere. I won't buy jewelry from anywhere else in town after shopping here. They treat everyone with respect no matter how they look. They can get you what every you are looking for and they are more then happy to look things up for you. All around the best best best place ever.
