The rudest Management and pharmacy I have ever gone too. I have gone in multiple times here to buy needles for a certain medicine (without any prescription needed) This last time I went in the manager was helping another girl with my transaction and were more than willing to help. The second the manager found out what medicine it was needed for she not only rudely refused to sell us any but she also walked away without finishing any part of the conversation, And as a manager you would want to calmly and professionally handle a situation and explain as to why we couldn’t purchase this…. But Not this one she rolled her eyes at us, made up a ridiculous excuse, and proceeded to keep talking over us just saying “have a good day”. We literally couldn’t get a single word out because she kept repeating it while walking away from us. BTW I work at Safeway and have been for 2 years and never have I ever heard of the excuse she was making up. The fact that she walked away from me while I was trying to ask questions and understand why the change happened out of nowhere, Especially if they have sold me needles before at this exact location without a prescription. Management seriously needs to speak to this individual on their people handling skills and their professionalism because that’s whose representing them at this store. That was so disrespectful and uncalled for and for her to taunt us and claim to be the manager for 4 years just to treat us like that is ridiculous. We had to drive all the way across town where the pharmacist was so kind and understanding and we were welcomed with open arms (they made the sell without a prescription btw). If you’re the manager at the Patterson Safeway pharmacy reading this by any chance, do better with your life, be more open minded and caring along with kind and understanding as you are an important asset to a lot of people around you and a big influence as well. So Just be a good person. It’s free :) <3

According to Melody, a tech there, they do not mess around. You know what? True! Every time my son gets a med called in, they are on the spot and it’s filled extremely quick. Hats off to you all. Thanks for what you do for your community 😊

Anything good is mostly likely expired. Check the expiration dates. Always buying expired crap here.

I tried to pick up a prescription today after receiving a notification earlier in the week that it was ready to be picked up. I was unfortunately busy throughout the week and tried to pick up as soon as possible. I was informed there was no prescription for me. I showed the notification and was told because I waited 2 weeks, I could not get my prescription. I tried to explain that I had received the notification 6 days ago so that did not make sense. She then informed me (in an extremely unprofessional way) that it was filled at the beginning of the month and it just wasn't her problem that I decided not to pick it up. When I asked if she could explain to me why I was not notified until the end of the month of my prescription being filled she responded with a snappy and lazy "don't know what to tell you." I can be understanding about things that are beyond someone's control, like maybe the system not notifying me correctly or I would have understood if I truly waited an entire month (as I was accused of doing) to pick up my prescription but what I will not be understanding about is being talked to in an aggressive, accusatory manner by someone who should be a professional. I am beyond upset about the situation and will never return to this pharmacy. If you are taking a medication that is vital to your well-being, I truly urge you to seek a different pharmacy who will treat you with even a single ounce of respect so you are able to receive your needed medication without being harassed.

The Safeway pharmacy staff (at Patterson and 29) have been wonderful every time. I switched over after trying a couple other pharmacies in town who could never get their act together. Thank you for the friendly and professional service. ?

I have 4 different people that I pick prescriptions up for. They almost never have issues with insurance or availability of the medicines, and if they do they have always been courteous, apologetic, and understood the time sensitivity of certain meds. Can't complain.
