Went to Pharmacy Sunday 12-8-24 , had some grocery shopping to do first so i was in store around 9:30am ,I knew pharmacy didn’t open till 10am , so i waited till 10 , pharmacists showed up at 10 with a look on her face not a smile or any desire to be there , her helper showed up 3 minutes later , i think if a business opens at certain time , maybe i lt would be beneficial to arrive at least 10 minutes before opening, with a greeting and smile , if you like your job

The pharmacy staff are all amazing! But I am particularly grateful to Linda for helping me recently recover a very hefty copay after I discovered that there is a zero copay card available by the drug company- which I did not know about at the time I picked up my prescription. Linda spent a lot of her time on the phone trying to work that out for me and finally was able to give me a much needed refund! Thank you, Linda! You were a champ:)

If you looking for substandard service and grumpy employees who never greet you or smile then this is your pharmacy. If you want to have a prescription filled it's on you to call your doctor because apparently it is too much work for them to do it! I've been coming here for years and the pharmacist has never smiled at me or said a single word. They also act annoyed when you come in to get your prescription. I'm transferring my prescriptions and no longer shopping at Safeway.

Non-caring technician falsly indicated script wasn't there but didn't bother to check voicemail. Has to wait another day fpr time sensitive med and was told next day by another tech how this was my mistake. Needs to own up to own mistKes and not blame customers. Poor service and do not recommend.

I have never been treated so rudely at any facility related to healthcare. I went for a walk-in COVID vaccine. I filled out the necessary paperwork and sat to wait for the injection. Fifteen minutes later, I asked if I could receive the shot soon because my flight departed a short while later. A person with short curly hair came to help me. They were incredibly curt, barely swabbed me with alcohol, and then did a fast injection. They didn’t look for blood and a band aide wasn’t even considered. They just got up and said “bye.”I’m honestly not sure I got the vaccine or not, it was so fast. I cannot say how disgusted I am about a healthcare professional’s complete disregard for my body. I wish I could give this 0 stars.IF YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE ELSE, PLEASE DO. SAFETY IS NOT A PRIORITY HERE.

Glenn today saved my day! It was late and I needed to get some chicken. He took time and prepared a fresh batch! He was much needed and appreciated! The deli at Safeway on Horizon is the tops, thanks to people like Glenn!

This is a great safeway. Super clean and usually not crowded at all. Pharmacy is super fast. This is a very convenient location too, off of horizon drive.

Staff is amazing. Been having insurance issues and everyone there is the best. They seems to be understaffed and I know how hard that is on them, they all work very hard and do an excellent job!!
