I can’t say enough good things about the beautiful cake Kody made for us at Safeway! The design was absolutely stunning, decorated with fresh flowers that gave it such an elegant and natural look. The attention to detail was incredible, and it truly felt like a custom bakery creation. Not only did it look amazing, but it also tasted just as delicious—moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. Kody went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, and we couldn’t have been happier. If you’re looking for a special cake, I highly recommend Kody! Thank you for making our celebration so special!

A baby gap recently becoming a gap kid as a security personal at this store is ridiculous. Do your job and don't be childish. Passive aggressive behavior is not needed for a business. Grow-up!!! Thinking about it...what does a store need a security personnel if they cannot actually enforce security???? Waste of money...could be, right? Where are the golden ages that could protect and not just be a paid wage for nothing but a paycheck. Waste of money for this that increases prices at a great grocery market.

Safeway is usually a good bet when it comes to in and out, and not too much chaos. Safeway is a little more pricey than the other stores; other than maybe Walgreens, but there's not usually too many people there, and if you have a club card, the prices co.e close to evening out. I always like the floral arrangements at Safeway because Roses actually smell like roses, and all of the flowers are usually very vibrant with color. Employees at Safeway are usually pretty helpful and polite; as expected for a grocery store.

Epic store.. I enjoy Safeway in GJ for my grocery shopping . Where I live, it is either GJ for shopping or SLC .. hwy 6 through Spanish Fork is dangerous enough, but to end up on i15 north, (then south) is driving on the death luge taking your life into your own hands.. anyway, it's worth it to us, and we enjoy it anyway

I recently ordered a cake for my graduation party from this Safeway bakery and they absolutely nailed it!! I was so happy and pleased with what they did- I couldn’t have been happier. They told me to bring in any ideas I found or came up with and that they would be able to create it for me. They did just that! THANK YOU!

F and 30 Road Safeway staff, management, and bakery team are the best! I know this is a busy season, and your store is probably short-staffed. You all work long hours, and your hard work does not go unnoticed. Please know that my family and I thank you ALL for the service you provide to our community. This Safeway provides phenomenal customer service every time! I did not catch my bakery reps name, but I especially want to thank him for taking my late cake order at 5:15 pm this evening. He was not able to locate an order form, but he went above and beyond to take down the order, reviewed it with me and checked the information twice. This store is a bit further from my home, but I will continue to drive to this location every time!

Last night I went to by A bottle of wine, And I had a horrible interaction with one of your cashiers. There is an older lady in front of me also buying a bottle of wine and as she was checking out, he looks at me with a disgusted look on his face and asked if I had my ID. Which I had out in my hand as I am only 25 and get ID pretty frequently so that was not surprise to me. I told him I had my ID, and the lady in front of me also had a bottle of wine asked Him jokingly “oh your not going to ID ME” And he responded very rudely with “well obviously not” She then leaves because she is checked out and then he proceeds to check me out and points at me and looks at his bagger and goes well. “She looks like she’s 10 years old”. In The most possibly rude way ever. I understand that people have hard days but being rude to two customers right in a row is not okay and he was very rude. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Safeway before and everyone has always been incredibly nice, but I was so Unimpressed by him.

CRUCIAL UPDATE: Just spoke to Mark, the manager. He was really compassionate and has resolved to'make ot right'. So rare to find excellent costumer service these days - more than makes up for a mistake!!! ORIGINAL: Staff was friendly.The baggers need a better understanding of how much a paper bag can hold. Half my groceries just fell out of the ripped paper bag and rolled down a flight of stairs. 🥺
