Horrible customer service. There was a long line and only one of four people were working. They were not able to resolved my issue with my current Sam's Club membership and told me I had to go online, so I was not able to shop today even though I have a current membership. They gave me a list of phone numbers that was in an entire sheet long. I will not be shopping here again.

Worst ran location I've visited. Items consistently not stocked , empty shelves and rude employees. Manager Mo told a disabled customer to load their stuff on the belt..clearly they couldn't do this. He laughed and refused to help. Watched n walked away. Being in travel nursing this made me sick. As I travel the USA N Carribean I know this isn't the company standard. Do better GJ location.

This has got to be the worst Sams club Snack bar. There’s never any pizza ready. The ice cream machine Never works (please send them a new one). The employees are dirty. The whole area is dirty. They Never have enough help. Please Please make this better.

Always have had good experances here. Hove 99% of what i want / need instock at good prices. The scan and go is really covenant. Especially with two kids and a long drive home.

Came in to return one item I purchased accidentally. Older tall man with glasses very unwelcoming. Would not acknowledge me and when he did was very rude, unpleasant and angry.
Was not that way with previous customer. I know what the deal is. People who do not look like him will receive the crap treatment unfortunately seems to be the theme with this store.
Will continue with my Costco Executive membership and yes its worth an hour drive to be treated as a human.

we have buying the hatch chili chicken enchiladas for the past 3 years. the last one we bought Dec 10th was without a doubt the worst ever. whoever made them, should not be in the kitchen. the chicken wasn't cut into pieces it was a big piece so tough my dog couldn't chew it. they used peppers so hot that the smell burned my nose. way to hot for normal human consumption. we will not be buying these again.

Good store, but you need to train your employees to have better manners. Walking through store, Zach cut me off while turning left with a cart. Just barely able to stop in time. He said nothing, but kept going, probably since he was only concentrating on the music in his earbuds.

Have you ever been so thankful for people and the business that employed these great individuals? Day after Christmas 2024 we are so grateful for the service of Sam’s Club Tire department Keara and Maddie who saved our vacation with a flat tire service that was no easy task. We are Sam’s Club members from Huntington Beach CA and we’re just so happy to have encountered Sam’s Club’s employees like these ladies. I hope this review reaches them. Thank you Sam’s Club and Keara and Maddie, from the bottom of my heart.

Can never reach customer service in store. Called continually until get I get cut off and have to call back again and again. Still no assistance. Fix the phone menu so callers can directly connect to the cafe area, no option given. So have to call the customer service store line …..drove into the store while waiting to talk with someone. 15 minutes later still no answer, walked in the store and 3 people are working the customer service counter. Surely one of them could pause between customers to answer the phone.
Same experience again today, 3 months later. No change. Owner, manager response to reviews is a standard templated response.

Not enough help at the snack bar. Low inventory on items that are highly sought after. They are trying to be like Costco but never will be. They are so happy not to have the competition with Costco.
