Service in this store is real good. Staff is great. I unfortunately miscommunicated the color I was looking for, the store did not make me feel at fault, they quickly replaced it. I will definitely be back for more paint real soon.

This store is for commercial painters. Somebody like me just looking for a gallon of paint this not the place.To busy with commercial business than to help walk in customers.Save some time and go to a hardware store.Update, tried again yesterday 7/13/2021 to buy 2 gallons of primer and paint.Out of Primer!How can that be?A paint store?Again I believe my order was just to small to deal with.Not recommended!ZERO STARS!

Very inexperienced staff. Managed to match a color but after two tries couldn't match the sheen of a product I bought there two years ago. They wouldn't even take back the wrong product. This store used to be my go-to for paint with a knowledgeable staff. I'll have to find some place else.

Getting information was like pulling teeth. Not all customers are experts at painting. Wish the help (Lydia) would not talk down to us when asking simple questions. I would never buy anything from this store! They are not helpful, How do they sell anything with this terrible Customer service. They don’t even deserve the one start
