Worst customer service! I updated equipment and had old equipment I was returning. They would not allow me to drop the equipment off. I was told to sign in and wait my turn, mind you, there was 1 employee on a Saturday! If I didn’t want to wait for 8 other people to be served, I could take it to the UPS store and get them to scan all the documentation. I can not wait until spectrum is not a monopoly in our area! We will be one of the first customers to leave!

Figuring out the system in place took some of my time, but won't in the future. Make an appointment!
Michelle gave me all the help i needed to make informed decisions. She was wonderful. And I don't believe she is an outlier there. Not bad at all Spectrum!

So glad to be rid of Spectrum. Clearnetworx fiber came to my town and we now save $290 a month. Spectrum would keep jacking up the prices without any notice, but they were the only game in town. No more and thank god!!

Sent me to collections for 60 dollars for not returning the equipment when i cancelled my service. I returned the equipment. I even have a reciept from the ups store because they told me they will try to send me to collections over these not being returned because it happens to every customer that has done it. If another company has enough knowledge of this going on there should be a criminal investigation done against spectrum. The terrible service was bad enough but trying to wring the most money out of former customers like you hold a grudge for them going to someone less terrible is just despicable.
I hope yall get your criminal organization shut down

The sign in system is just one giant flaw. Which wouldn’t be awful if the staff weren’t absolutely full of attitude. Glad I was just in there returning my modem and router. Take your business elsewhere.

Everytime I have to physically enter the store, I have a horrible experience. I entered at 12 when they opened, signed in as a walk in. I understand appointments exist, but somehow my walk in didn't show up, possibly my bad, so my wife signed in. I KNOW her name was on the board, somehow an hour later, her name was magically gone. I'm not sure if they were manually clearing names but it seems like common customer service to maybe serve people that have been in you store longer than anyone else. I've heard them claim that they have to follow the list, which I've seen first hand to not be the case. So, I guess they're willing slaves to the system?

I went to this store to finalize purchasing an internet plan around 8/12/24. The young guy that I had to work with seemed to be annoyed that I was a customer taking up his time from his almost snotty tone of voice and condescension. He did nothing to 'sell' anything about the plan options and seemed to roll his eyes with my questions. If I didnt have a deadline to leave with a plan that day before closing, I would have asked to speak to someone else in the store. His attitude needed a makeover. Shoddy customer service.

Worst Internet service I've ever experienced! I went to the store and the gentleman showed no urgency. Overall I wouldn't recommend spectrum to anyone, also very overpriced.

Those guys don't know what they are doing or patient. Terrible service. Righ now atnt. T-Mobil and Verizon all have home Internet. Spectrum wouldn't be the only choice for ur home Internet.

Waited 30 minutes to finally get help. They had people who were checking in online after i showed up getting service before me. I was on my lunch break and had limited time. Customer service rep wouldn't take my valid ID. Complete waste of time. My internet hardly works. I dont get 300 MBPS. Cant stream. Complete waste of money. Maybe fiber that's coming to town will be better. I'm ending my service with spectrum. It's been nothing but a nightmare the entire process.

Waited for over an hour just to return equipment. Not enough people working the floor in the store, and seemingly refusing to come out front to help the customers! Sad so see such bad customer service! Most people are leaving to come back another day for it to the same it was when they came in originally!
