We recently moved to Grand Junction and needed internet service. Spectrum was recommended by our rental agent. First it was difficult getting things set up. A technician had to come fix our box. Then there were numerous times I needed technical help. On one of those calls I ended up in the sales promotion department again. That rep badgered me into signing up for a "land line" that would reduce my total bill by $5.00. I just got my bill. It went up by $15.00 plus the one time charge to hook up. So I called Spectrum to complain and ask that the "land line" be removed. That shot my bill up by $30! What a bogus company. They refused to refund anything or honor the first deal I had for just the internet. Don't sign up for anything on Spectrum 'Find another company quick!

Shocked at how this place operates and how rude they are to customers. Not even going to get into the whole thing because im sure nothing will change. I will say tho that today 11/26/2023 at around 12:15-12:20 it wasnt the tattooed guy that i dealt with, but the little guy that wanted to be rude for no reason other than the fact he clearly hated his job. I was polite until he started acting like he was on a power trip so i just left. They dont care about my business, fine ill take it elsewhere.

Kyle greeted and helped me as soon as I walked in. He was very clear about everything and had a great attitude. We got what I needed done promptly and correctly. His supervisor lady was a bit rude to him in front of me but that didn't take away from the fantastic service Kyle offered.

I waited two times, once for an hour, and the second time for literally 3 hours. I had to wait to get what I needed. Their prices are horrific, and their service is worse. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, then wait. I would have rated a zero, but I did get things accomplished. It is not the employees fault, they were able to help once I was with the associate. So sad we do not have choices.

The fact it has taken 2 visits and over 4 hours of waiting to simply replace a router and modem is absolutely mind numbing.Perhaps corporate office should look in on these cameras and see what their customer’s experience is like here.Pitiful.

Horrible customer service. I waited over an hour an half .I kept thinking that I would be next. I finally had enough and as soon as I left I got a text to Stay in the store . I ran back into the store from the parking lot and within 60 secs if that and she called the next person. Her excuse. "WELL PEOPLE Are to STAY IN THE STORE " And all this was to do the company a favor by coming to them to swap out old internet equipment . DO yourself a favor and have them mail it if you can. Worst worst experience.

This is a review for Spectrum internet overall, not necessarily this store. Spectrum is the absolute worst internet service I have ever had. Outages every couple months for multiple hours. If you have to contact customer service (which you will,) expect to be out on hold for extended periods and reach incompetent agents who just try to upsell you (I’m good on that ?.) once I was put on hold for 45 minutes only to have the agent come back to say he just didn’t know how to do some basic task, so he had put me on hold for no reason. Actually the worst ISP, and I can’t wait for another company to move into this area.

We have been waiting for over an hour and then they skipped us for the customer after us. Extremely disappointed in customer service and speed! No wonder why they score so low they don't care about fixing any of the problems.

Worst service I think I've ever seen. It's impossible to walk in and get helped, you MUST make a reservation. And even then, you will end up waiting for hours past your appointment time. They only had one worker with a line of over 13+ people waiting. And an average time of 30 - 60 minutes per customer, so be prepared to wait an extra 2 hours at LEAST. All I needed was a router, and it probably would have been faster to have it shipped instead. The DMV is faster than this.

Easily one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. If you can get your equipment sent to you or you need to contact them at all, I recommend online or over the phone because this was a complete waste of time. I waited there for 2 hours for nothing. I ended up setting a reservation for over 6 hours later because I figured I'd be waiting that long to be seen. Anyway, a waste of a day off, a waste of time. They need to get it together, or hire more people

Trying to exchange equipment because ours crapped out. Standing at the Spectrum store in Grand Junction where they only have two employees.One has been with a customer for at least thirty minutes and they both think it's social hour instead of him doing his job.The other employee is at least faster in getting things done.Avoid this store if possible. I'm seriously considering changing my Internet service because this sucks.

I wish there were an option of zero stars or a thumbs down. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Try T-Mobile's new service. I explained to spectrum that I work from home and they still couldn't get me an appointment for 3 days. That appointment was supposed to happen this evening and didn't. They just want to reschedule it farther in the future. It took 20 minutes on the phone with an apathetic CSR to find out they can't do anything over the phone I just have to take the equipment back in. I don't know how companies like this stay in service.

Clear your schedule if you need to come into this store. You'll be waiting for hours even if you only have to drop off your equipment! I can see why this store has a one star review, I am joining the club!

Been standing here for 2 hours, as I'm typing this review. 3 associates in the store, but only 2 are working. The third came out from the back, helped two people, then retreated to the back again. One of the associates has been with the same customer since I showed up, so who knows how long she was already here before I got here. Please, get more people to work on a Saturday, when you know that it's going to be a busy day and people are off of work and running errands. Poor management of a store.
