Spencer was highly personable and kept us up to speed throughout the entire process. This is especially notable given we lived 80 miles down the road, so all communication was over the phone. We felt comfortable with Spencer and he always esnured us he was working to make sure we were aware of the rates and how they were fluxuating. This was our second time working with Spencer, and we can say he always held up his professional standards from beginning to end. Thank you, Spencer!

I have worked with Spencer & his team countless times through the past 6 years. There is a reason why I and the @ChristiReeceGroup recommend him. He is an outstanding person and professional, and exceeds expectations. His builds relationships and rapport with underwriters, agents and- above all- his clients. His loans close on time and often early, and never has he missed a closing event to personally hand off the purchase.
