Stopped in to get a quick snack for breakfast. The donut was stale… like “yesterday’s donut” stale. The coffee was burnt and so bitter I had to add a ton of cream just to make it drinkable.
The store is nice and clean, but the service (one person) was very slow.
Not impressed at all. I feel like I wasted my money and should have gone to Maverick.

Normally I will go out of my way to come to this specific location but with the horrible customer service I just got I will go next door to the other gas station.
The Young blonde girl named Harley Made it very clear I was an inconvenience to her for asking for her to put in my lottery number since there was not a pin on the stand with the tickets.
Then somehow she said I had too many numbers on each one of the sheets so I told her forget it and I just bought my tobacco. She all but through my change back at me without saying anything..
I understand people have bad days, but this is a horrible look on a store. I’ve always received great customer service at.

I’m in here a lot and frankly the employees here tend to overstep their boundaries. I was grabbing snacks here and one of the employees began asking me about what phone I had and insisted she needed to know what kind it was. I was a little dismissive because it didn’t seem like a big deal, however when I put my phone down to put my items in my bag she PICKED UP MY PHONE WITHOUT ASKING ME to try and see what kind it was. None of my answers seemed satisfactory to either her or the other woman working, who became very condescending when I told them I got my phone a long time ago and didn’t remember the exact model. The employee kept asking me to check my settings to see, and when I eventually did she kept telling me how she knew I had a newer phone than I thought, and became extremely condescending. I thought it was very rude and invasive to touch my phone without permission, and it’s made me reconsider ever returning. I’ve had similar issues in the past of employees asking inappropriate and invasive questions. The gas station itself is very clean and well stocked, this incident has just left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Google says they r open 24 hrs but when I got there at 1220 am the store was closed . But pumps r open 24 hrs maybe they should refraW

Went to this location earlier today! Quick and helpful service other then the manager berating employees infront of me! It ruined my experience there and I hope he gets talked to!

I went in to buy cigarettes, asking beforehand if they were able to make change on a 100 dollar bill, which she (Theresa) said that she could. I had asked if it was possible to get smaller denominations, maybe a 10 or 2 if she had them, but I could barely get my question out before she interrupted, sounding as if it was an inconvenience that she had to make the change in the first place. Nothing wrong with the actual store, and honestly the first time I've ever had a discrepancy here, as I live right next to it and go in often. Short of the long, i would just say that the attitude of the associate was less than ideal. Hopefully she can find a little more positivity while at work.

Tried out this store....Absolutely the rudest employee we've come across. Did not say one word to us when we were checking out until my kid picked up a drink next to the check (didnt know it was alcohol)out and asked me mom what is this? Before i could answer and tell him to put it down she proceeded to yell at my child "That is not for you, put it down". Unacceptable and you probably shouldn't have alcoholic drinks at the check out with all ages come in and out of the store. There was a more appropriate way to handle that not to mention its my child and I was in the process of handling it. I understand people have bad days but stay home if you can't be professional and have some grace. That's what we get for trying somewhere new, but sealed it for us that Maverik is the only store for us.
