This is my gas station of choice here in Grand Junction. They always have Glenwood beef jerky and they are so kind and welcoming. Been coming here for years. Once they had an issue with the fountain drink dispenser and it didn’t have root beer that day and they let me get two bottle at the price of a regular drink. Small acts of kindness go a long way.

Woman at the counter printed my powerball ticket wrong and then blamed me for her own mistake and refused to do anything about it costing me $20. Then lied to cover herself because she didn’t understand what was being asked of her.

I been there a few times and they ask if I have an app which I didn't then but now I do I went on Fri Aug 15 morning to use it for the first time the phone I have was on the counter to be ready for scanning the older lady just sees the phone but didn't scan it.i got mad because I asked her twice to scan it she didn't.

worst customer service, three employees behind the counter just chatting and joking around. l experienced the short haired worker muttering racist remarks. very unfriendly.

Abosutley the worst service ever! My tank on my hummer h3 was almost completely empty. I only put in 10 dollars which is about 3gallons. It didnt even come close to filling it, yet hardly any of the gas went in the tank it instead sprayed out so quick it got almost everywhere on the back of my car. When I went for help all the guy could offer me was be more careful and try to pay attention. Which I was and how I catched it. I'd hate for this to happen to other customers because they dont take anyone serious, or even care to check the machine. Guy didnt look at what it did to my car. He just assumed that im dumb and writted me off shows there true lack of care. I will be letting everyone know and reporting to better bussiness buer.

Very disappointed with the customer service provided at this store. My husband went in to prepay for fuel, when he came out I went in and got a cup of ice with the change we had left, I waited through 5 customers patiently for her to tell me that the cup of ice is $2....... Look what cup of ice costs $2 when you can get a bag for $3???? I only had 4 quarters. I kindly just confirmed "$2 for just ice?" She said yes and when I said I only had $1 she told me to put it back.....Well I did.... And I'll never be back!!! There was no friendly hello walking in, or even a simple goodbye once she found out I couldn't pay the$2?.... We'll you can't even use that cup now, and you lost a called respected stinker customer.P.s. thanks for telling the pregnant chick no on her ice, what's the world coming to
