My room was supposed to be a suite. What a joke. No shower curtain no tv no hot water sprinkler system in case of fire was covered to prevent water from coming out in case of fire. Bathroom sink full of what appeared to be some type of tape. What a horrendous stay. I want my money back. The attorney General must be notified.
Noteworthy details: I want my money back!!!!!

Don't stay here if you can find anywhere else. Filthy, smelled. Elevator broken. Breakfast was a box of doughnuts brought over from grocery store. Nothing good about this place

Rooms smell…unpleasant. No maintenance on the property in a while. Missing smoke detectors, falling signs. Just dirty feeling over all. Breakfast was cereal and waffles, which I have no option about.

Not sure what scent they use but the rooms really smelt bad, beds were very firm, barely any TV channels. Just a bad experience I wish never happened.
Rooms: Stinky
Noteworthy details: The rooms stink, the beds are uncomfortable.

Welcome with a smile, I was able to get a room with fridge and microwave as requested when booking.
There is a swimming pool that I did not try, but there is a good breakfast offered from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. (I would have preferred until 10 a.m.).
The room smelled clean, a few items in the room like a chair and armchair were worn but that wasn't very important.
Close to the city and the highway, compared to the nearby competition it is the good choice.
Unbeatable value for money.
Noteworthy details: Swimming pool and free breakfast.

Wished we would have stayed elsewhere. Right off Freeway. Lobby was in disrepair, had to duck for broken Exit sign.

They double prices randomly, hotel is very outdated, elevator is broken, A/C was a noisy window unit that was off so it was 80+ degrees in the room. Smoke detector was missing and wires hanging from ceiling. Only positive room seemed fairly clean.

Ok let me preface this with it was the cheapest hotel in the area and as we are passing through so we stayed.
Couple of things. The police were in the front parking lot making an arrest as we pulled in. A few people of lower morals were congregated around a junk car in back parking lot. The elevators didn't work, and there was no smoke alarm in the room. The carpet and curtains were very stained. And the noise level never stopped all night long.... we were at the end ground floor room so easy access for our dogs and 2 bikes, but it was very noisy. The elevators don't work so everyone was climbing up and down the stairs until late in the night,
right over our room.
Granted this might have been a one off night. But at $300 for the night I was not happy.
Other than all that, the beds were comfortable, everything but the carpet and curtains was clean, and the location and parking for our truck and trailer were great.

I should have read the reviews before I stayed here. Only wanted to use our credits but upon checking in I realized I made a mistake. Elevator was out of order. Our room is on the 3rd floor. Sink doesn’t drain, remote for the TV doesn’t work even with fresh batteries. Bedside light doesn’t work. Noisy. Dated decor and after reading the recent reviews, I’m now worried about bed bugs. Whyndam should be ashamed to call this one of their hotels.

Stayed here last night with my child and my mother. It was one of the only rooms available in town as we were passing thru and now we know why. If you have the ability to do so, find a different place to stay. The room and common areas were filthy. Holes in the wall and bathroom door, lights didn’t work, toilet didn’t work, vending machines didn’t work, mold in the bathroom shower. When we informed staff of the issues we were told “there’s nothing we can do about it”. Refused to refund or discount the room when informed about the lights and the toilet. The front office staff couldn’t be bothered to even so much as provide extra pillows or towels. Again we were told “there’s nothing we can do about it”. There were transients sleeping in the stairwell with their animals. Just overall a terrible experience. Had we not been on the road for over 12 hours at this point we would have left and disputed the charge.

Two star hotel or not, the place is completely disgusting. There is such an air in the rooms that you immediately get all lung diseases that have been discovered at some point, probably even those that have not yet been discovered.
The climate smells so bad that it can't get any better. I would bet a kidney that the filter hasn't been replaced in the last 20 years.
You don't need to talk about breakfast or imagine that "come, it's cheap, there's breakfast", no, you can't eat it. Go somewhere else!
