When I first came in today there was a guy helping me and he was super kind and helpful. Unfortunately I had to leave but when I came back in, I was not impressed by the girl that helped me today. She was brunette and I believe her name was Margret. She was being very unprofessional as far as price quoting. She was blunt to me and did not seem to want to help me with finding me the best option. We have been long term customers of t mobile.

I went in today to get a new cell plan and a new phone and Andy the sales rep was super helpful, nice and he was really good at explaining all the information, overall great guy!

Went in to return a new hotspot device, AJ pretended to assist me, could not even print out a shipping label and provided no follow-up. Next day called T-Mobile and they immediately printed up label and apologized for the ineptness of this store and their in-store representative.
It seems that due to my old age and lack of knowledge about hip and modern devices, I was not able to complete my return. If your time is precious avoid this store and basically T-Mobile. In addition, T-Mobile has just as poor reception in more places and will break your bank just like AT&T and Verizon. My bad for choosing T-Mobile and this store.

Can’t get ahold of anyone worth a damn to help, and got scammed out of 500 dollars don’t trust these people they don’t care about you they just want money and will cut any corner they can, they lie, cheat, and steal from their costumers

We had been through 3 different stores and had gotten nowhere with trying to get updated phones... Then we came here. Grant is amazing, he even gave his sale to a co-worker. Then there's Joe.... Oh Joe, how great he was working with us, took care of every phone we needed help with and got us a great promotion so we only paid for taxes and the screen protectors. This store is the only store I'll be working with in the future. I can't say enough great things about this team and their wonderful customer service. Thank you gentlemen.

Amazing service! So happy I switched from Verizon. Both the manager and our associate Andy were attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and got us an incredible deal. My bill has been cut in half and we all have new devices. Thank you so much!

The staff at this store have always been super nice helpful and knowledgeable. I got the 2023 5G razor with my new service, the staff help me set it up and got it ready to go for me they were super helpful. Been a month later the outside screen on my razor broke they work with me for 2 months trying to get the insurance company to replace my screen when they finally did they sent me a 2019 phone to replace my 2023 5G phone so I sent back the replacement told him I wanted my money back and it took a month and a half to get my money back from them I was not pleased with the insurance company. But as far as the staff at the store and T-Mobile have always been super helpful and nice. 10 stars to you!
