I've been using doggy daycare and boarding for about 3 years when I got my little 8 week pandemic pooch Abeo. I needed help to get him socialized since COVID was confusing and I was disabled already. Everyone loved on my baby Abeo and helped me raise him. Then I brought his senior brother and sister Neiko and Nandi there and my pack was loved on each time they were there. This is hands down, the best doggie daycare and boarding place I have ever used. It's doggie heaven. Colin runs a top shop and although I have to move out of state, the new doggie daycare and boarding has a high bar to clear. I recommend Country Club Pet Resort with no hesitation. Everyone there loves dogs and it shows. Thank you all for loving my fur babies as much as I do.

Our dog Bonnie normally struggles when we go out of town. She absolutely loved Country Club Pet Resort. We will definitely bring her back

I am not sure the 1 star reviews should qualify as actual reviews of the business itself, since some are grooming appointment complaints and billing accidents happen in all businesses, so if you point them out to them, they will explain what the charges are for and admit and adjust any errors in their end. I know because I have had questions about my Invoices and Country Club Pet Resort is always responsive and professional to work with. They have a system for everything and it seems to me the place is very organized and they do a wonderful job catering to their customers and their loyal companions. I have 2 dogs take weekly to daycare here as well as boarding them whenever we have to leave town for extended periods of time. The staff is friendly and they care about the animals and make sure they get plenty of excercise and they have indoor and outdoor areas designated to keep the animals dry and warm from cold weather but also gives them a place to run and play, regardless. They offer various services including dog hikes, pancake week, holiday meals just for the pets. They also post photos daily of the animals while in their care, for everyone to see! Another review said their dog got kennel cough?! All dogs HAVE to be vaccinated for kennel cough before theyre ever allowed to be boarded here so that statement is questionable at best. My dogs are ALWAYS happy when I pick them up and they are tired from the activities. My dogs are also super excited when I drop them off, which says a lot and reassures me they're in great hands! I love this place and the people who works here are awesome and the very best at what they do! I highly recommend Country Club Pet Resort to all my friends and anyone wanting to give their pets some great exposure to other dogs and situations. Its very nice to have them and their services as an option for our dogs and gives us a break sometimes, too. CClub Pet Resort is well kept, clean, organized and they do things by the book!!

Recently adopted a doggy who was so so lucky to have been fostered by them!! They truly love their animals here and provide them with the best! Amazing staff who help dogs and people live their best life!! Can’t say enough good things

I have only one thing to say about Country Club Pet Resort. This was our first time putting our pups in doggy daycare and all I can say is wow!!! They came away from this day so exhausted, so wet, so happy, which resulted in us being ecstatic. I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you so much and thank you for the photos of their memories.

Our pup gets agitated when he doesn’t like a place and he looked completely comfortable here. We tested it with some daycare and then boarded him for three days. The staff made sure he was comfortable and said they enjoyed having him. Scheduling, pick-up, and drop-off is streamlined and easy. Well done, guys. Keep up the good work! We will be back.

We took our dogs here for years but we will never return again. We just got back from vacation to receive one of our dogs back with severe pneumonia, dehydration, and lethargy. We had to rush him shortly thereafter to the pet emergency room where this was all diagnosed. He was on oxygen for two days and passed away shortly thereafter. The worst part was the staff reported that both dogs were “great” and never once notified us of any issues during the whole stay. According to the vets, if his pneumonia was reported earlier, he likely would have survived but due to negligence, we were never notified of any issues and as a result couldn't have requested intervention care. We are incredible disappointed with everyone who worked shifts during our stay and cannot understand how this was missed since all of the issues were obvious upon pickup.

I NEVER put complaints out on Facebook because I feel it’s a waste of time, but I will share this experience to hopefully save someone the hassle….Country Club Pet resort is an UNPROFESSIONAL, unorganized, pet center. They have constantly messed up scheduling for grooming our dogs, and then treat us like it’s our fault for showing up when our confirmed appointment was scheduled, only to tell us that we are not in the “system” for that time period! After trying to call and get things resolved, we were hung up on, and told that the owner said that they will no longer do business with us, per the disgruntled employee! When simple accountability was questioned, they immediately blocked our account, and sent a final email stating the end of the business relationship, although they knew they were already FIRED! Use a different pet service if you want a professional and customer-service based establishment!

The Country Club really stands out as a facility that engages with the dogs and provides them the support and care that they need. Their prices are fair, especially considering the level of service they are providing. You can tell their employees genuinely love animals and are proud of what they do.

It is unfortunate that I have to un-recommend this place. After months of taking our dog here for boarding and grooming, the unresolved issue we encountered has forced us to never go back. I cannot believe the issue we dealt with the reaction from the owner.Our dog was scheduled to have a grooming. When I asked one of the employees via email about grooming options, we discussed what services we needed, and were given the option of the expensive "Furminate" or a basic bath. I explained that we did not need the furminate but did need x, y, and z. I asked the employee in the email if they wanted me to schedule this via the Portal they use and they told me to not worry about it.Picked him up tonight and there were two issues. 1) He was soaking wet (his groom was yesterday). Apparently they let him into the doggy pools post-bath and I asked the girl upfront why and she said they do their best to keep them clean if they are groomed during their stay. I found this quite odd. If I knew he would get muddy and dirty after the bath, I would've skipped the grooming. None of this was ever mentioned and is not explained anywhere in the portal. 2) We were charged for the Furminate grooming. I emailed them (since it was after hours) and asked if there was an issue and I would like to discuss it with them. According to the first person who responded, it was scheduled for a Furminate on the portal by the staff. When the owner, Colin, responded to the email, they kept telling me to do the appointments through the portal and kept blaming me for not making the appt on the portal myself. I explained to Colin, multiple times and even included a screenshot of the conversation I had with the employee that they told me not to worry about it because they had already scheduled it for me. Colin refused to accept any responsibility and made excuse after excuse about why it was so much and their employees tell people to use the portal and they don't do that and they don't list prices on purpose, etc etc etc. There are other issues on FB reviews about the dealing with the owner Colin and they really should be heeded. They take advantage of you. Do not work with these people.
