Very rude. Cancelled online order and never emailed. Argued that they emailed and than charged me the in store price. Couldn't produce the credit receipt but said the order had been credited. Done at this store, plenty of other choices

Do not get a credit card here, they scam you by charging late payments to your account without a balance, they charged me $30 when I never even made a purchase and then over two months they say I owe $99 when I never even got a notification that I even owed anything. I called customer service they won't do anything about it and didn't even care.

We tried to return a pair of shoes with the brand new shoes and receipt shortly after purchasing it. They denied any returns unless the product had the tags. It doesn't matter if we had the receipt and the item from the day before. It doesn't even fit my son, and now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that were overpriced to begin with and do not even fit my son. I asked to exchange them for another pair, and any reasonable store would gladly exchange with a receipt. But the woman behind the counter very angrily said no we don't do returns without the tag or exchanges. We asked for the manager because surely there must be something they could do to make it right. But no. This location has rude customer service, and all they care about is money.Needless to say I will never shop at any of these locations again. I'm out the cost of these expensive baby shoes and the shoes themselves.Horrible customer service and a waste of money and time.Happy holidays

They deserve 0 stars. I walked past 3 employees with my son holding my drink so I could tend to my infant. My kids needed clothes. I left without buying anything because a very rude employee kicked my 11 year old out because of a drink he was just holding. Your employees should be nicer. I deserve an apology and your company doesn't deserve my business

The only time I will go into this store here in Grand Junction is when the manager is there. Otherwise the employees are more interested in there friends that are there or there cell phones. My children’s size they don’t even carry in store you are supposed to order it online which I’m not doing so they lost business there as well, but when I went into the store trying to find some jeans for them it was me and the employee and she didn’t say a word to me the entire time. I told my children to head to the fitting room we got there door is locked she just stood behind the desk I finally just left.

Only giving top marks and a big thank you to the associates in the Grand Junction store location! After placing an online order that kept me updated, and telling me my order shipped, then was cancelled, then my bank account wouldn't be debited, then my account was debited, then it would be possibly a week before my bank was credited back my funds; the associates in Grand Junction assisted me in getting everything straightened out!

Crowded and over merchandised and hard to navigate. Never got a chance to experience customer service because the employees were overwhelmed with the cash registers. Too few employees for the volume of customers.

I love shopping at The Children's Place! I am only giving them one star because of the awful customer service I received, when trying to use my place cash. The cash wouldn't scan and a lady that works there said they couldn't take it if it doesn't scan. I said, "It just became available to use today," and another lady (presumably the manager) said, "Yeah, but you can use them online." I guess that was an insinuation it wouldn't work because I had already used it online. Funny... maybe they should check to make sure their employees aren't writing down the numbers and giving them to family members... So rude and humiliating!
