Wow! I was so impressed with John and his team. They came recommended to me by several different people so we hired them to cater our wedding and they did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. I got so many compliments on the appetizers, entree, and dessert throughout the night! John was super easy to work with and had so many great recommendations. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

John and his team are truly so caring and professional. I am in the wedding industry and already knew he had great food and did a wonderful job but when we hired him for a family memorial, he went above and beyond and made it one less thing to worry about on an emotional day. He really cares about his clients and his so accommodating and can customize your events too. I recommend him to everyone!

John was absolutely fantastic! He catered our wedding and was great with helping us come up with ideas for our Fajita Bar. Per his suggestion, we also had a nacho bar for cocktail hour—which was a huge hit!
He was also kind enough to pack up left overs in to-go boxes that we provided for guests.
The food was mouthwatering good, and my only regret is that I didn’t eat more.

John and his crew did an absolute amazing job catering our wedding. From start to finish, John was easy to connect and communicate with for every little detail. He was very professional and knowledgeable on how to do weddings and brought up procedures we would’ve never thought about. It truly made our day that much easier for us and guests alike. They showed up to the venue fully prepared and accommodated to the location perfectly. Our guests enjoyed the food we picked out and were impressed with how The Ribber prepared all of the dishes. John and his crew also helped cut cake, clean up and dispose of trash. I highly recommend The Ribber for weddings or any other event you may have. Such a nice group of people to have help you make it the best possible experience. P.s. - His Mac and Cheese was such a hit at our wedding!

I was the lead planner at a wedding John and his staff catered. They were amazing--they got set up quickly--made changes as needed--always communicated with me about what they needed and the times they needed them in. They went above in making sure people were served quickly in a buffet and then moved to serving desserts as needed. They cleaned the kitchen so completely and quickly. John and his staff are friendly and quick. They made my work as the planner so easy. The leftovers were boxed up and the families were able to take them home so easily. And the prime rib, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese bar served made my night!! So yummy.
