“On my annual fall trip to Utah we blew a hole in the radiator in my WJ -- because of a faulty fan. Some of you might know what a problem that can be. A replacement part is no longer available. But Barney Bro's replaced the radiator and expertly engineered a solution for a fan replacement. Impressive!!!

“Showed up to the shop at 7:30, first in line and were the first in at 8:00am when they opened. We had new tires on the front steer (the old ones were only 2 years old). We had them inspected before we left on this trip and were told they were fine. They were not fine. The guys at Commercial couldn’t believe we actually made it as far as we did without a blowout. “I had a couple of suspicious items in my camper tire and brought it in to be checked. I was greeted enthusiastically when I entered the store. Immediately my tire was taken to the back and the items were removed and the tire checked for leaks. There were none.
When I asked what I owed, I was told nothing. What great customer service! Not only were the employees helpful and friendly, but they also worked quickly and professionally.

They told me an estimate of how many days it would take for the shipment. It took less days than expected and they called me in to get them mounted & balanced. Once I arrived at R&R Auto less than an hour later they were finished and I was on my way home. I would recommend anyone to this company for quality service and affordable prices. “Great deals on amazing tires if you have the patience to do your research. Have given patronage to Sam's Grand Junction Tire on many occasions over many years. One time the technician accidentally stripped a lug stem bad enough it had to be replaced. Sam's paid for another shop to do that after the new tires were on and balanced. It worked out fine and didn't bother us, life happens. This shop works a lot better for people who know an amount about tires and can help the service come out right. We have seen the shop through a lot of techs and managers and the knowledge and attitudes vary. We have dealt with some great characters who handle install expertly, with nice folk that don't know what they are doing. When you make it work it really is a 5 star deal.”

“A mother's dream come true -- they saved my kids on a road trip! Something was VERY wrong with the car on an eight-day road trip through the West, and only Shrum's could take a minute to assess it. (I'm on the East Coast and all I could do was pray they'd find a good mechanic!)
Shrum's let them come straight in, and then fixed the problem quickly and kindly, and HONESTLY! They could have gouged them and instead chose kindness and honesty, despite their being obviously from out of town. I can't say enough good things about Shrum's. There should be one in EVERY town!!
