“December of 2024 I was on a roadtrip from Southern California to Colorado Springs. While on a stop for gas in Grand Junction, my partner put the car in reverse instead of parking, causing my door to get caught on a pole and bend backwards. The door was not able to shut after that and we had no clue what to do. After hours of trying to close the door ourselves, we decided to find an auto shop, and came across this business. Though they were about to close, they very quickly helped us with our issue that had caused us so much stress and worry - free of charge. I would recommend this business to anyone, they really do care about people! Their kindness is something I will never forget.”

“My RV broke down in Monticello UT and was not drivable. Due to the type of breakdown the unit was not towable so Girardi dispatched a mobile technician. I have never been more impressed with ANY type of service I have had in my 72 years. Jake, who was dispatched to us, held our hand every step of the way. He remained in contact in the 5 days we were waiting for parts to arrive and told us what to expect. Jake is an honest and ethical person and he knows his stuff. He had us back on the road with in 4 hours of beginning the work needed. While breakdowns are never fun, I would not have missed this opportunity to meet Jake. He will be added to the bright spots in my life. Thank you Girardi for employing such an amazing individual. If we ever pass through your area again, I “almost” hope we have a breakdown just for the opportunity to see Jake! Thank you.”

“The guys from Ace Towing really went above and beyond for us. They recovered my wrecked vehicle that had frozen items in it. I was just going to leave it overnight and hope for the best but when they got my car back to their yard they unloaded all the items that needed to be put in the freezer and put the items in their freezer overnight so nothing would spoil. “Great service, Needed a mass airflow sensor asap, dealer was $275,Cleaning it no longer worked, kept getting low power and check engine light, called trade center and they said they had one in stock, was not sure if I was going to buy one from AutoZone or napa, napa was over $120,Trade center was $45,with a warranty showed up,they told me about 15 mins to get it from the inventory, went to lunch came back, they had it ready at the counter, very good condition, swapped it out in the parking lot,took the old core back in, truck runs like brand new and no more check engine light. Older gentlemen at the counter was very helpful and gave me some very solid advice on why my original mass air flow sensor likely failed, and recommend I get rid of my oiled air filter asap and get a factory paper filter to keep the new/used senor clean and problem free.
Took his advice, with the new paper basic oem air filter, I have had zero problems and truck has a lot more power and no more check engine light. Super happy with service and they saved me $70 over the parts store, Will be back if need other parts, highly recommended, very nice people at the counter, they actually care about there customers and their vehicles.”
