The staff are straight up rude. I walked in there with my son this morning looking for a one-inch tube to fix my dishwasher. When an employee walked up to me and asked me if I needed help, I told him what I was looking for. He looked at me like I was crazy. Then, he proceeded to walk me to the dishwasher stuff and told me this is all the dishwashing stuff we have, I then told him again i needed a tube for my dishwasher. I explained to him what I was doing with my dishwasher. He looked at me, turned around, and walked away. He proceeded to walk to other employees to crack a joke on my behalf about fixing a dishwasher, not realizing I was one aisle over and could still hear him. Another elderly man walked up 2 mins later and asked me if I needed help so I told him what I was doing. The same thing happened; he literally just looked at me and didn't say one word stood there for about two minutes. So I continued to walk past him because there were hoses I'd been looking for them. I turned around to ask him a question, but he was gone. So at the end of the day, i'm very disappointed in true value.I thought they held their employees higher standards than they do.It felt like I was walking into a dollar tree or something ridiculous

Web site says they repair screens. Walked into store was rudely told that they don't do that any more but Cleary o. Web site it says expert screen repair.. this used to be my go to store. What has happened to it been going down hill since new owners took over

This is where I go when I need a large variety (the biggest in GJ) of loose hardware at my disposal, that can be purchased in the quantities that I choose (not packaged in set quantities). The big box stores in GJ are horrible for this purpose. It's nice to have a huge selection, and usually plenty of inventory of nuts and bolts that I need. There always seems to be plenty of floor help available when I need it.

Peachtree true value has had serious staff & manager changes lately, and the new manager / owner has made it CLEAR that customer relations aren't a concern. He appears to have a chip on his shoulder: sobeit. I'll shop at Ace, Lowes and online. Good luck.
