Horrible customer service, can't get through on phones, and when you do, they put you on hold, just today I spent an hour on hold before I drove another 45 minutes to store so I could pay my storage bill, and Larry was rude and unprofessional when cashing me out.

Worst service ever!!!
When it comes to Policy and procedure it needs to be told Ahead of time.
I Went into store to get a trailer the woman at front was very nice but definitely intimated it seemed by Kalem the "hitch manager".
I was told to have my Fiancé move vehicle 10 feet while I used restroom when I came back Kalem was being Very aggressive towards Me while i tried to explain I went to the restroom.
My Fiance wasn't on paperwork so therefore couldn't sell to me.
(Refunding my money that would take 3 business days to return)
Kalem was extremely disrespectful& rude. I do Not know how he even became manager.
If ur having a bad day or hate your job please leave!

You guys are a money hungry company! I have have a storage unit with you guy’s for 3 yrs now or longer. And every couple months you raise my monthly fee… Pretty damn pathetic. As soon as I can I will be getting my stuff out and never go to you again. Will also make sure I spread the word to as many people as I can..

A week after moving into my storage unit, Lonny called me on a Saturday morning at 6 am before they even open. He accused me of dumping several mattresses in his dumpster and said that I had left a note to prove it. For context, my one mattress was stored in my storage unit, I hadn't dumped anything, and asked why would I leave a note stating they were mine in the first place. He then said I has lying and said he "would check the security cameras and see if my story checked out". He did not contact me after that. Lonny Bloss is an unprofessional liar who looks for easy ways to charge people money when he feels slighted. I will never pay for moving or storage services with this facility again. I'd suggest going to the 2739 US-50 facility in town, that is where I got the moving truck to get all of my things out of my unit and they were far more helpful.

Would not recommend this U-Haul location - our U-Haul truck broke down literally across the street within view of the U-Haul office. Lonny said they were too busy to help and that there was nothing they can do ———-and we are currently stranded. Roadside assistance says maybe 2-3 hours at best before they can help. The truck broke down 10 min after we picked it up and I’m literally looking at the U-Haul office across the street. But they can do nothing to assist.

It's always convenient and easy to rent from this location. Great hours, great trailer options, they have always had what I needed. Easy pick-up and drop-off. Useful products inside as well.

When asking about a late fee and I expressed it was so high. Lonny rudely said, "I don't know, I don't make the prices". I responded well of course I would not think you did. Why people say that is to be sarcastic. We don't need sarcasm we need empathy. This hasn't been the only time I've had rude remarks from him or his staff. I DO NOT recommend this storage place. Prices go up all the time and without letting you know. Go elsewhere. There are cheaper and much nicer people to deal with.

Went as a walk in to rent a truck. Staff told us we had to download the app. We didn't want to download the app because we don't need a uhaul all the time. We made our reservation over their website and everything was confirmed. Staff was very rude and refused to rent the truck to us. Ended up going to the other uhaul location and had no trouble at all getting a truck.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Shout out to Misty cause I only got her name but everyone else was awesome too. I've used this place a handful of times and always had a good experience.

Where to start... I've e used Uhaul several times and have had a unit with them for nearly two years now and they have messed up one way or another almost every single time. The first time I rented a truck they over booked in the town I was picking up so I drove two hours round trip to pick up a truck, then the truck I got they didnt inspect after thinking it was full and having to put gas in before we left amd it turned out it had a hole in the gas tank that we didn't notice until after we had loaded all of our things. They sent out a mechanic to patch the tank but it took forever so we were running behind and had to basically through our things in the unit when we arrived. We also only received $35 of compensation for having to refill the tank (over $100 later). Then everything was fine, we paid on time every month and all of a sudden got a call one day that our unit had been auctioned for failure to pay for too long, thankfully it was not actually auctioned but someone had put in that we moved out and no one was in our unit so we couldn't even access our things because our door code wouldn't work. They couldn't change how it was in their system so we had to basically restart our entire contract, get new codes and pay for one tweet twice! The man who set us back up in their system then told me if we needed anything like a deal on a truck etc. To let them know. We'll I just went to the 2949 North ave. Location in Grand Junction, CO were our unit is to see what they could do since our bill was due today but we need to rent a trailer and move out on the 5th. The manager, not wearing a name tag, didnt bother to introduce himself and had no customer service skills whatsoever. Even though I was told by customer service it was the manager of the specific locations decision to pro-rate a unit or discount a truck, he proceeded to state with no concern for customer satisfaction at all, they don't do pro-rates and he couldn't do anything. He offered no other solutions or compensation.

I am currently renting the 8'x10' unit. It came with a new lock for the gate just for setting up a syringe unit with them. The unit is indoors but not climate controlled so it's can get a little chilly in the unit, but nothing too bad.

Possibly the worst service ever, didn't finish attaching the wires on the family car, so we had to take a detour during our trip. Still charged for the whole process. When I called to see what to do, they put me on hold for over an hour. I ended up hanging up before anyone could've answered. Figure out how to answer your phones
