Unfortunately, I am not happy. The young lady waiting on us did not seem to know what she was doing. Our package should have been charged at a medium size at best. I am not sure what she charged us, but it was more than it should have been. Ground was supposed to get our pkg to it's location in three business days. I paid for two, and it still didn't arrive until that third day. I spent over a hundred dollars on stuff that cost twenty. Ridiculous!

This is my first time ever leaving a review, as I typically don’t comment online. However, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. My package was marked as delivered to my mailbox, but I never received it. I found a key to another mailbox, but that mailbox was already open and empty. I contacted the UPS store listed in the tracking, but they told me to contact another location. When I reached out to that location, they told me to contact the first one.
On top of the confusion, the staff I spoke with were unhelpful and spoke in a very rude tone. I’m not someone who complains easily, but the lack of responsibility and poor customer service here left a very negative impression.

Every time that I've ever been at the store there has been a line at least to the door if not out the door. I have been waited on within 5 minutes of being in that line. The clerks are courteous and helpful.

I rarely have to wait in line here, and when I do the line moves quickly. The associates are always friendly and knowledgeable and if I have just an Amazon return, I usually get in and out very quickly.

Everytime I try to use this location they give me a hard time, and don't expect pay with cash cuz they don't have enough change, most of the staff are friendly with the exception of the young lady with dirty blonde hair she is super disrespectful and doesn't present herself like she wants to help anyone out. The rest of the staff are helpful and pretty nice. However maybe there should be a sign that you guys don't carry enough change for 100.00.
