I was hired, and layed off after being sick with doctors notes in my first week. I tried for actual weeks to get put back on the schedule, only to be on the receiving end of the least coordinated or capable team of supervisors and management I have ever come across. No one will call you, no one will update you, and they'll make it out to be your fault as soon as you have a problem. Save your sanity and find somewhere else

They waste everyone’s time taking a picture of the wrong address. My house is clearly marked, God knows where my car window ended up! And they won’t let me submit a claim. I’m shocked at their inability to do basic deliveries.

trying to get a hold of a person is difficult can't get a number for the local terminal. when you do get a hold of a person. they tell you to go on line to fill out a claim on line. Why can't you just call the terminal for me and as were the driver put my package.

I stayed home from work today waiting on a delivery. I decided to mow down some weeds by my pond behind the house, now its this afternoon and I opened my front door and theres a UPS sticker on it saying nobody was home to take delivery..!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME..!!!!! That's RIDICULOUS...!!!!!

Today while at a friends place we were unloading a heavy washing machine, when out of nowhere a young man named Vanden Sanchez stopped his UPS truck and askef if we needed help, before we could answer he was out of his truck and had that old washing machine unloaded from my pickup and was on his way in less than 2 minutes.He was very helpful and saved us some trouble. Kudos to Mr. Sanchez for litterally springing into action. Great guy, friendly, helpful and didnt hesitate to help out. Thanks to UPS for hiring great people doing great things.keep up the great work.

Got a package today that wasn’t mine. Road was correct but address was way off. I don’t understand how a package can be left on my door step with the house address clearly visible when it does not match. I have my packages go to neighbors sometimes.

I've had it with UPS. Not only do they deliver my packages 50% of the time to the condo down the street, now they can't even pick up a package when arranged by Amazon/warranty company. I've spent countless hours, I'll never get back, on the phone with this company. I've lost packages because the people at the other condo refuses to give back any misdelivered packages; now I have drivers who were suppose to just grab the package instead slipped the package tag under the door. For the same amount energy they could have just fulfilled their arrangement. Now, I have to wait days, due to the holiday, to drop off my package in town, a hour drive total, to get the job done. This is why when I have a choice, I choose any other method other than UPS. I know I'll just get a cut and paste response and nothing will be done about this but I can try to convince others to go elsewhere.

I lose packages more often than I receive things on time. Do not recommend. don't use for your business, I skip purchasing from companies that ship items via UPS due to all the losses.

I have had several packages ordered and delivered to my house. I normally don't like leaving reviews. However, since this keeps happening and have had to call several times now to track a "delivered" package it's time that UPS knows that their drivers need to PAY ATTENTION to the address of the package AND the house address! My delivered packages have ended up on a completely different street with apparently the same house number several times now, and my package today luckily was only placed on my neighbors porch but still. These drivers need to pay attention, I understand they're busy and all but still carelessness isn't right! They wouldn't want the stress of hunting down their purchased items!
