I have been a customer with US Bank since 2010 and I can say for most of that time, I have had the typical banking experiences with multiple branches of US Bank. On Saturday 3/1/25, I had the pleasure of meeting Luke Chandler, an employee of the US Bank near the mall. Mr. Chandler had his hands full when I entered to have a few of my banking needs meet; but listen when I say this...I have never felt more human with this banking experience, I wasn't just a number or a problem to get out of the way. I can't express enough of my gratitude for Mr. Chandler's kindness and professionalism. This experience sounds like something that should be common practice but not everyone in today's world see people as they are and view them as a number to make the days and weeks easier to deal with. Thank you to the Branch for this gentleman and thank you Mr. Chandler for being who you are.

Apparently the mall branch doesn't like to answer the phone on Fridays. Tried several times at different times of the day at both their office and direct numbers and no one answered at all.

I went in to get info and on interest rates and got a new account. The service was very fast, efficient, and Colin was obviously very knowledgeable on all the products. Excellent customer service - friendly and sincere. Really enjoyed the experience!

Bank is a Joke. MR Waterhouse is NOT a Manager. He’s a Player w Power.Would NOT Recommend. Use a Local Bank with Customer ServiceBad Bank. .

This is by far the most unprofessional bank in town. If you go thru the drive thru be prepared to wait at least 25 to 40 minutes and that is if you are first in line. Change forget it they either don't have it or the vault is closed. If you are lucky to get change double check before driving off it is wrong 20 percent of the time.

Can't talk to a banker on 24 Rd without an appointment, because they are short staffed. They were rude about this.Went to the White location. We went thru the process of getting an rv loan (which took days, and they were terrible about communicating) AFTER we got the loan approval, we noticed and mentioned not getting a loyal customer discount. They said they don't just give it to customers who have been with the bank for years unless asked, because 'that's how the bank makes money.' They said they'd get that added, but would have to start the whole process over, which would take days AGAIN. We are closing all accounts with this bank.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Blatant disrespect and poor treatment from associate who obviously had no experience.Do not enter into business with Eric Carroll!!!Management took no action when this individual raised his voice and rolled his eyes at me after 45minutes of an unprofessional and unproductive encounter.I will be closing all accounts with US Bank.
